University Board Resolutions. For purposes of this Contract, the University Board has adopted the following resolutions:
University Board Resolutions. The University Board has adopted the Resolution providing for the method of selection, length of term, number of Directors and the qualification of Directors. The University Board has adopted the Authorizing Resolution which approves the issuance of this Contract. The Resolution and the Authorizing Resolution are hereby incorporated into this Contract as Exhibit A. At anytime and at its sole discretion, the University Board may amend the Resolution. Upon University Board approval, changes to the Resolution shall automatically be incorporated into this Contract and shall be exempt from the amendment procedures under Article IX of these Terms and Conditions.
