UNIVERSITY COMMITTEE ON PROMOTION TO SENIOR LIBRARIAN a) The UCPSL shall receive, by March 15, the full dossier of the candidate which includes any documents originating from and responsive to procedures at the LPC and LPRC levels. b) The Xxxxxxx shall communicate in writing to each candidate the UCPSL decision concerning her or his promotion by May 31. If promotion is denied, the Xxxxxxx’x letter shall state the reasons for the denial. c) The effective date of the promotion is June 1 following the application. d) As of June 1, the candidate may consult her or his file and may request copies of any evaluations. e) Only the candidate may appeal the decision on promotion to the rank of Senior Librarian to the University Appeals Board.

The effective date of the promotion is the June 1 following the application. c) The Xxxxxxx shall provide each candidate and the Assistant Director or appropriate administrator for librarian positions located outside the Library with a copy of the UCPSL report concerning her or his promotion. d) Immediately following the May meeting of the Board of Governors, the candidate may consult her or his file and may request copies of any evaluations. e) Only the candidate may appeal the decision on promotion to the rank of Senior Librarian to the University Appeals Board.
UNIVERSITY COMMITTEE ON PROMOTION TO SENIOR LIBRARIAN. 15.11.1 The University Committee on Promotion to Senior Librarian (UCPSL) shall make decisions regarding promotion to Senior Librarian based on the dossiers submitted by the candidate, the evaluations received at the DPC and LPC levels and the recommendations of the DPC and the LPC. 15.11.2 The membership of the UCPSL shall be as follows: the Xxxxxxx, the Director of Libraries, the Xxxx of the Faculty of Fine Arts and the Vice-Xxxxxx, Services. 15.11.3 The UCPSL shall be chaired by the Xxxxxxx or Vice-Xxxxxx, Services, as appropriate. 15.11.4 The UCPSL shall receive by March 15, the full dossier of the candidate which includes any documents originating from and responsive to procedures at the divisional and library levels. 15.11.5 The UCPSL shall forward a list of those promoted to the Board of Governors in time for the May meeting of the Board. The effective date of the promotion is the June 1 st following the application. 15.11.6 The Chair of the UCPSL shall provide the candidate with a copy of the UCPSL report concerning her /his promotion. In the case of refusal, the Chair shall provide the candidate and the Division Head with a reasoned written report. 15.11.7 Immediately following the May meeting of the Board of Governors, the candidate may consult her or his file and may request copies of any evaluations. 15.11.8 Only the candidate may appeal the decision on promotion to Senior Librarian to the University Appeals Board.

  • Multi-year Planning Targets Schedule A may reflect an allocation for the first Funding Year of this Agreement as well as planning targets for up to two additional years, consistent with the term of this Agreement. In such an event, the HSP acknowledges that if it is provided with planning targets, these targets: a. are targets only, b. are provided solely for the purposes of planning, c. are subject to confirmation, and d. may be changed at the discretion of the Funder in consultation with the HSP. The HSP will proactively manage the risks associated with multi-year planning and the potential changes to the planning targets; and the Funder agrees that it will communicate any changes to the planning targets as soon as reasonably possible.
