University Courses. 41.01 Regular, Sessional, Apprentice or Limited Term Full-time Employees Tuition fees and material's fees for graded courses taken at The University of Lethbridge in any academic year shall be paid by the Board.
41.02 Regular, Sessional, Apprentice or Limited Term Part-time Employees Tuition fees and material's fees for graded courses taken at The University of Lethbridge in any academic year shall be paid by the Board to the extent of fifty percent (50%) of the normal tuition fee.
41.03 All eligible Employees must satisfy all normal and prevailing academic and registration requirements, pay a non-refundable administration fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00), to a maximum of forty-five dollars ($45.00) per semester/session at time of registration for each semester course and also pay such other general compulsory fees as are normally assessed to students.
41.04 The Employee’s spouse and eligible dependents shall also be entitled to the Tuition Benefit to the same extent and on the same basis as outlined above for the employee.
(a) The spouse and dependents of Regular, Sessional, Apprentice or Limited Term Full-time Employees shall be entitled to a fifty percent (50%) reduction in tuition fees, including the materials and service fee, charged for undergraduate credit courses at the University of Lethbridge, up to a maximum of 15 credit hours per student per semester.
(b) The spouse and dependents of Regular, Sessional, Apprentice or Limited Term Part-time Employees shall be entitled to a twenty-five percent (25%) reduction in tuition fees, including the materials and service fee, charged for undergraduate credit courses at the University of Lethbridge, up to a maximum of 15 credit hours per student per semester.
(c) The definition of spouse and dependent shall be:
(i) Legal Spouse – the person lawfully married to the Employee according to applicable provincial legislation.
University Courses. Where the Employer requires an employee to participate in a course of training or authorizes such participation, then books, papers, supplies, equipment and travelling costs necessary shall be provided by the Employer without cost to the employee. No employee shall lose wages as a result of a training course referred to in this clause or examinations in connection there with.
University Courses. Teachers completing university courses will be reimbursed for the actual cost of the tuition and fees for the specific course. This does not include expenses for parking, books, or any other student fees. Such reimbursement shall not exceed the annual maximum set forth in number 3 of this section.

University Courses. Reseller may purchase training credits (“Training Credits”) that may be used towards the purchase of ForgeRock University Courses. The number and value of such applicable Training Credits shall be set forth on the applicable Order Form. All such Training Credits shall expire twelve (12) months from the applicable Order Form Effective Date. Any credit not used during the required timeframe shall expire and have no further value. All such credits are for the applicable service only and are exclusive of any travel and expenses, if any.

(a) The Support Staff Scholarship Fund provides a tuition fee scholarship for the Employee's spouse and eligible dependents.

(i) Legal Spouse – the person lawfully married to the Employee according to applicable provincial legislation.
University Courses. Partner may purchase training credits (“Training Credits”) that may be used towards the purchase of ForgeRock University Public Scheduled Courses. Each Training Credit may be used for one student to attend one public class of any duration. Private event prices are dependent upon the course duration and the number of students on each event, as selected by customer and Training Credits can be applied to this price at a rate equal to their purchase price. All Training Credits shall be valid for 12 months from the Training Credits start date. Any Training Credit not used during the 12- month term shall expire and have no further value. Travel and expenses for private events will be invoiced separately to the customer at cost, and training credits cannot be applied to offset these costs.
University Courses. 2nd-Tier Reseller may purchase training credits (“Training Credits”) through the 1st-Tier Reseller that may be used towards the purchase of ForgeRock University courses (“University Courses”).
