Common use of University Obligations Clause in Contracts

University Obligations. The University will provide dining facilities at which Student may obtain meals during the Contract Period. If the University is prevented from completing the performance of any obligations under the Contract by an act of God or other occurrence whatsoever that is beyond the control of the University, the University will be excused from the performance of those obligations to the fullest extent allowed by law.
