The contracts will be based on the NEC3 Professional Service Contract. Only tenderers who are B-BBEE status level 1 to 4 contributors and are Exempted Micro Enterprises (EME) or Qualifying Small Enterprises (QSE) are prequalified to submit tender offers in accordance with the provisions of the Preferential Procurement Regulations 2017. Only tenderers who have suitable experience and suitably qualified personnel in providing similar services to those that are required are eligible to submit tenders. Preferance will be given to Professional Service Providers located within the KZN jurisdiction.
