The Seller* shall be obliged to notify SPF* before entering into a Business Agreement*, or as early as possible before delivery and no later than prior to loading – if: a) suspicion arises of infection with, occurrence or outbreak of Other diseases* which are not previously Clause Terms of Purchase Terms of Sale Common Terms encountered in the herd or b) a clinical outbreak of disease in general occurs In Three-party agreements* the Seller* shall also give this information to the Buyer*.
