Unlawful Gambling. If the Retailer is found possessing any xxxx machines or other illegal gambling devices (as defined in ORS 167.117) or is found to be engaged in other unlawful gambling (as defined in ORS Chapter 167), including but not limited to poker tournaments or other card games that do not meet the definition of “social games” under ORS chapter 167.

Unlawful Gambling. Manager shall adopt policies and procedures to reasonably identify and block transactions related to participation of a Cardholder in illegal internet gambling as provided by the Unlawful Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 and Regulation GG.
