Unliquidated Amounts on Task Orders Not Yet Closed. This report will list all task orders (TOs) which contain closed account (i.e., expired) funds which have not been withdrawn or expended in accordance with P.L. 101-510. The report will be cumulative in nature, i.e., it will be updated with each annual submission. It is due within 15 working days of the start of each Government fiscal year (FY).
