Unpermitted Wastes Handling and Costs. 575 Contractor shall arrange for or provide handling, Transportation, and delivery of all Unpermitted Wastes 576 detected at the Approved Processing Facilities or Landfill to a Recycling facility or Landfill permitted in 577 accordance with Applicable Law. Contractor is solely responsible for making such arrangements or 578 provisions and for all associated costs thereof, subject to the remedies available under Section 4.5.3 579 below.
