Common use of Unplanned Outages Clause in Contracts

Unplanned Outages. In the event of an unscheduled outage or curtailment exceeding twenty-five (25) percent of the facility capacity rating expected to last more than 48 hours, Project Manager must promptly notify PGE of the unscheduled outage or curtailment, the time when such occurred or will occur, and the anticipated duration.
