Unplanned Service Downtime. In case of Unplanned Service Downtime with or without control of Service Provider, Service Provider shall make good faith efforts to send a notification to Customer informing Customer thereof. Service Provider shall further make good faith efforts to provide reasonable updates on the progress for restoring the Service and to inform Customer as soon as the Service is available again.
