Common use of Unsatisfactory Conduct or Performance Clause in Contracts

Unsatisfactory Conduct or Performance. Facility shall promptly notify UNIVERSITY of any unsatisfactory conduct or performance of any student assigned to the Facility. Facility shall permit UNIVERSITY faculty or staff members access to the Facility’s facility to which the participating student is assigned and/or the students assigned to the facility if necessary. Facility may require the removal of a participating student, if it is deemed necessary by Facility in the interest of its staff, clients, or customers.
