Common use of Unsigned Checks Clause in Contracts

Unsigned Checks. Checks that do not bear the drawer’s signature and are not a traveler’s check, money order, or other universal item that includes the drawer’s signature. In any event, the Bank will not review checks to match the drawer’s signature(s) and therefore all such checks with signatures will be processed, unless otherwise unprocessable, and you agree to indemnify, defend, or hold harmless the Bank, the drawee bank, and any intervening collecting bank against any claim resulting from the Bank having processed the check.
