Unsolicited Consumer Agreement. This clause 37 only applies if the Contract is an Unsolicited Consumer Agreement.
(a) You have the right, at Your discretion, to rescind an Unsolicited Consumer Agreement within the Cooling-off Period.
(b) During the Cooling-off Period, We will not supply gas to You unless You request otherwise. You must pay Us for any gas supplied or any services provided during the Cooling-off Period.
Unsolicited Consumer Agreement. 24.1. Where this Contract is an Unsolicited Consumer Agreement:
(a) You have a right to end the Contract within the Cooling-off Period;
(b) We will not supply electricity to You under the Contract during the Cooling-off Period unless You request supply; and
(c) You must pay Us for electricity supplied and for any services provided in connection with that supply if:
i. at Your request, electricity is supplied to You by Us during the Cooling-off Period; and
ii. You exercise Your right to end the Contract during the Cooling-off Period.
Unsolicited Consumer Agreement. This clause 34 only applies if the Contract is an Unsolicited Consumer Agreement.
(a) The Customer has the right, at his or her discretion, to rescind an Unsolicited Consumer Agreement within the Cooling-off Period.
(b) During the Cooling-off Period, Xxxxxx Energy will not supply Gas to the Customer unless the Customer requests otherwise. The Customer must pay Xxxxxx Energy for any Gas supplied or any services provided during the Cooling-off Period. 35 GOVERNING LAW This Contract is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
