Common use of UNSPSC Requirements Clause in Contracts

UNSPSC Requirements. a) Contractor shall support use of the United National Standard Product and Services Code (UNSPSC). UNSPSC versions that Contractors must adhere to are provided by JAGGAER and upgraded each year. b) NASPO ValuePoint reserves the right to migrate to future versions of the UNSPSC, and Contractor shall be required to support the migration effort. c) All line items for Products and Services provided under this Master Agreement must be associated to a UNSPSC code. d) All line items must be identified at the most detailed UNSPSC level, indicated by segment, family, class, and commodity.
