Common use of UPDATE POLICY Clause in Contracts

UPDATE POLICY. THE AUTHOR may create, from time to time, updated versions of the SOFTWARE. At its option, THE AUTHOR will make such updates available to the Licensee. All updates (minor or major) will be free of charge during Initial Term and Renewal Terms.
