Updates on Investigation. ENTITY shall provide regular (at least once a week) email updates on the progress of the Information Security Incident and/or Breach investigation to the STATE Program Contract Manager and the STATE Information Security Officer until they are no longer needed, as mutually agreed upon between the ENTITY and the STATE Information Security and Privacy Officer.
