Updates on Investigation. Contractor shall provide regular (at least once a week) email updates on the progress of the Information Security Incident and/or Breach investigation of CDSS CSP to the CDSS Program Contract Manager and the CDSS Information Security and Privacy Officer until the updates are no longer needed, as mutually agreed upon between Contractor and the CDSS Information Security and Privacy Officer. Contractor is not required to disclose their un- redacted confidential, proprietary, or privileged information.

  • BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION The BOARD is prohibited from knowingly employing a person who has been convicted of committing or attempting to commit certain criminal offenses.
