PROPOSED GOODS AND SERVICES Duratex Apparel has over 25 years – US WARRANTY TERMS; SITWELL 2020 PRICE LIST Interstuhl Büromöbel GmbH & Co. KG („INTERSTUHL“) offers a warranty for the guaranteed products defined here, subject to the following conditions. The warranty applies in addition to and without prejudice to any legal or contractual entitlements and rights that the claimant has. Guaranteed products are all products by INTERSTUHL with the exception of experience electronic/digital products such as sensors. The warranty applies to guaranteed products used in the uniform industry country in which this price list is valid. The only person entitled to make claims on this warranty is the owner of the guaranteed product. Other persons do not have the right to make claims on this warranty. The warranty covers situations in which a guaranteed product suffers from a defect within the warranty period and a warranty exclusion does not apply. INTERSTUHL offers a long-term warranty of ten years (of which the first three years comprise a full warranty) from the date of production 1st February 2016, which can be found on a label on the underside of the product. During the full warranty period, all spare parts will be supplied free of charge including assumption of packaging costs.
