Upon Election of Job Vacancy. An employee who has elected a job vacancy must advise the College at the time of election of the precise job vacancy for which she wishes to apply. It is understood that the employee may make such election at any time during the notice period, “or within the nine (9) month period following the expiry of the notice period,” and that the employee may or may not require training for such job vacancy.
