Common use of Upon Owner Clause in Contracts

Upon Owner. s request at any time during the design or construction phases of this Agreement and as often as so requested, the Design Professional shall promptly provide Owner with progress reports. Owner shall, at all times, have reasonable access to the files and personnel of Design Professional relating to the Project in order to answer any reasonable questions Owner may have relating to the Design Professional's performance on the Project.
