The Parties agree that the Property Manager shall make the following distributions to the Owner with each payment made by a tenant of the Premises on a timely basis: Any unpaid amount from the Agent to the Owner shall be held by the Agent and designated for other fees, expenses, distributions, or other items related to the Property. Any such remaining amounts shall be distributed to the Owner upon the termination of this Agreement.
