Common use of Upon Project Completion Clause in Contracts

Upon Project Completion. Unless otherwise stated herein, this Agreement and all obligations hereunder shall terminate when the Project receives its final certificate of occupancy, except that the provisions of Article 5; and Sections 4.3(a); 4.7.1.1; 4.7.2.1; 4.7.2.6; 4.7.3.1; 4.7.3.5; 4.7.4.6; and 6.9 survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

Unless otherwise stated herein, this Agreement and all obligations hereunder shall terminate when the Project receives its final certificate of occupancy, except that the provisions of Article 56; and Sections 4.3(a5.3(a); 4.7.1.15.7.1.1; 4.7.2.15.7.2.1; 4.7.2.65.7.2.6; 4.7.3.15.7.3.1; 4.7.3.55.7.3.5; 4.7.4.65.7.4.6; and 6.9 7.9; and such other Sections or provisions as indicated by context and commercial reasonableness shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
