County reserves the right to request additional reports from Contractor, and Contractor shall deliver such reports within twenty-five (25) Business Days of such request provided that such information is similar in nature to the required elements of the quarterly or annual reporting requirements described in this Section.

If the information requested by County is not typically part of Contractor’s reporting requirements described in Sections 9.05, 9.06, and 9.07, Contractor shall provide such information if the Contractor is required to maintain the information under the record-keeping requirements described in Sections 9.01, 9.02, and 9.03.
