Common use of UPON-REQUEST REPORTING Clause in Contracts

UPON-REQUEST REPORTING. City reserves the right to request additional reports or documents in the case of unforeseen legislative or regulatory changes, requests from CalRecycle, or additional requirements imposed upon the City.
