Common use of UPON-REQUEST REPORTING Clause in Contracts

UPON-REQUEST REPORTING. City reserves the right to request additional reports or documents in the case of unforeseen legislative or regulatory changes, requests from CalRecycle, or additional requirements imposed upon the City. The Contractor shall provide the requested reports, documents, or information within ten (10) Business Days upon receipt of the request or within a timeframe determined by the City Manager, which shall not to exceed ten (10) days.
