Upon Sprint’s providing AT&T9. State a ten-day (10) day written notice requesting an amendment to Exhibit A to add or delete a Sprint Affiliate or Network Manager, the parties shall cause an amendment to be made to this Agreement within no more than an additional thirty (30) days from the date of such notice to effect the requested additions or deletions to Exhibit A.
