Network Manager. In the role of a network manager, PathNet will serve as the point of contact for any Outage or trouble on the System and shall operate the Network Management System and the Network Monitoring Center as described in SECTION 7.5 and SECTION 7.6 of SCHEDULE A.
Network Manager. Description: Evaluates network and communications hardware and software. troubleshoots LAN/MAN/WAN and other network related problems, provides technical expertise for performance and configuration of networks, performs general LAN/MAN/WAN administration, provides technical leadership in the integration and test of complex large scale computer integrated networks. Schedules conversions and cutovers. Oversees network control center. Supervises maintenance of systems. Coordinates with all responsible users and sites. Supervises staff.
Network Manager. The SLATE-Z/South LA plan will create a full-time position within Community Partners to coordinate, oversee and implement Community Partners’ responsibilities under the SLATE-Z/South LA Plan. The Network Manager will also manage the high-level coordination of the SLATE-Z/South LA Network. Please see the attached position description for a more detailed overview of the Network Manager role. Community Partners will be responsible for hiring and employing the Network Manager for a period of five years. Meeting Procedures and Process Evaluation A. All Co-applicants will participate in monthly TCC Steering Committee meetings except Climate Resolve, CicLAvia and SCOPE, who will participate on a quarterly basis or as needed. The meeting will be facilitated by the Co-Chairs and the agenda will be developed by the Network Manager in coordination with the Co-Chairs. The topics for monthly meetings include general coordination, identification of issues, upcoming outreach, critical decision-making, and other updates. The Network Manager will coordinate the development of the agenda, including collecting agenda topics from the project team, developing and then sending the agenda at least one day in advance of the meeting, and then preparing and bringing relevant materials. The Network Manager will also track meeting participation. B. All Co-applicants are expected to have a representative from their organization participate in every meeting. If no representative from a Co-applicant is able to participate in the monthly meeting, they will schedule a follow-up call with the Network Manager. If a Co-applicant misses two consecutive meetings, the Co-Chairs will schedule a call with the Co-applicant to identify barriers to meeting attendance and develop a plan to ensure future meeting participation. If issues relating to meeting attendance continue, then the Co-Chairs will follow the process outlined below related to performance issues. The meetings will be open to the public once a quarter and those meetings will be publicized through the SLATE-Z website, membership meetings, and other outreach activities. The agenda for the public meetings will be posted on the SLATE-Z website one day prior to the meeting. Meeting notes will also be posted on the website a maximum of one week after the meeting. Network Manager. The Network Manager will be the single point of reference on behalf of the Council who are the CCTV owners. The Network Manager’s role is directly responsible to the Council for strategic management and operations of the network and will include a responsibility to: ensure the provision, repair and maintenance of all equipment forming part of the CCTV System in accordance with contractual arrangements which the owners may from time to time enter into; maintain close liaison with all stakeholders including the Police Manager; ensure the use of the CCTV system by Council staff and contractors is at all times professional and in accordance with the CCTV system protocols, Council Code of Conduct, and Council Public CCTV Policy; ensure the interests of the Council and other organisations are upheld in accordance with the terms of this Protocol; and, in partnership with the Police Manager, agree to any proposed alterations to the CCTV system protocols. The Police Manager will be the single point of reference on behalf of Victoria Police who are users of the CCTV system. The Police Manager’s role is directly responsible for Victoria Police staff and their use of the CCTV system. The Police Manager’s role includes the responsibility to: maintain close liaison with the Network Manager; ensure the use of the CCTV system by Victoria Police staff is at all times professional and in accordance with the CCTV system protocols, the Victoria Police Manual and Code of Conduct; contact the Council upon identifying any damage to or a fault with the CCTV System; and, in partnership with the Network Manager, agree to any proposed alterations to the CCTV system protocols. When the Police Manager is off duty the Section Sergeant or senior police member at Brunswick Police Station is authorised to act on behalf of the Police Manager.

  • Network Management 60.1 CLEC and CenturyLink will exchange appropriate information (e.g., network information, maintenance contact numbers, escalation procedures, and information required to comply with requirements of law enforcement and national security agencies) for network management purposes. In addition, the Parties will apply sound network management principles to alleviate or to prevent traffic congestion and to minimize fraud associated with third number billed calls, calling card calls, and other services related to this Agreement. 60.2 The Parties will employ characteristics and methods of operation that will not interfere with or impair the Parties’ networks, or the network of any third parties or Affiliated companies, connected with or involved directly in the network or facilities of CenturyLink. 60.3 CLEC shall not interfere with or impair service over any circuits, facilities or equipment of CenturyLink, its Affiliated companies, or its connecting and concurring carriers. 60.4 If CLEC causes any impairment or interference, CenturyLink shall promptly notify CLEC of the nature and location of the problem and that, unless promptly rectified, a temporary discontinuance of the use of any circuit, facility or equipment may be required. The Parties agree to work together to attempt to promptly resolve the impairment or interference. If CLEC is unable to promptly remedy, then CenturyLink may, at its option, temporarily discontinue the use of the affected circuit, facility or equipment until the impairment is remedied. 60.5 Any violation of Applicable Law or regulation regarding the invasion of privacy of any communications carried over CenturyLink’s facilities, or that creates hazards to the employees of CenturyLink or to the public, is also considered an impairment of service. 60.6 CenturyLink shall give advanced notice to CLEC of all non-scheduled maintenance or other planned network activities to be performed by CenturyLink on any Network Element, including any hardware, equipment, software, or system, providing service functionality of which CLEC has advised CenturyLink may potentially impact CLEC End Users. 60.7 The Parties shall provide notice of network changes and upgrades in accordance with 47 C.F.R. §§51.325 through 51.335. CenturyLink may discontinue any Interconnection arrangement, Telecommunications Service, or Network Element provided or required hereunder due to network changes or upgrades after providing CLEC notice as required by this Section. CenturyLink agrees to cooperate with CLEC and/or the appropriate regulatory body in any transition resulting from such discontinuation of service and to minimize the impact to customers which may result from such discontinuance of service.

  • Network Services Preventive care: 100% coverage. Preventive services include, but are not restricted to routine physical exams, routine gynecological exams, routine hearing exams, routine eye exams, and immunizations. A $100 single and $200 family combined annual deductible will apply to lab/diagnostic testing after which 100% coverage will apply. A $50 copay will apply to CT and MRI scans.

  • Special Services Should the Trust have occasion to request the Adviser to perform services not herein contemplated or to request the Adviser to arrange for the services of others, the Adviser will act for the Trust on behalf of the Fund upon request to the best of its ability, with compensation for the Adviser's services to be agreed upon with respect to each such occasion as it arises.

  • Beta Services From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.

  • Contract Manager The Contract Manager for the Board is Xxxxxxx Xxxxx. The Contract Manager for the Contractor is the Contractor. The parties shall direct all matters arising in connection with the performance of this Agreement, other than notices, to the attention of the Contract Managers for attempted resolution or action. The Contract Managers shall be responsible for overall resolution, action, coordination, and oversight relating to the performance of this Agreement.

  • Mobile Banking Services Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information and conduct transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (including phones, "Wireless Devices"). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.

  • Cloud Services You will not intentionally (a) interfere with other customers’ access to, or use of, the Cloud Service, or with its security; (b) facilitate the attack or disruption of the Cloud Service, including a denial of service attack, unauthorized access, penetration testing, crawling, or distribution of malware (including viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware, and cancelbots); (c) cause an unusual spike or increase in Your use of the Cloud Service that negatively impacts the Cloud Service’s operation; or (d) submit any information that is not contemplated in the applicable Documentation.

  • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.
