Interconnected VoIP Service. 3.3.4.1 AT&T and CLEC will interconnect, exchange traffic and maintain compensation for all traffic originated by or destined for an IVP. Such traffic will be treated as though it were traffic originated or terminated on the Parties’ networks, including but not limited to intercarrier compensation, transit compensation and interconnection facilities.
