Urgent Concurrent Reviews. For concurrent reviews that involve an extension of urgent care, if the request for coverage is made at least 24 hours prior to the expiration of a previously approved treatment, We will make a determination and provide notice to You (or Your designee) and Your Provider by telephone within 24 hours of receipt of the request. Written notice will be provided within one (1) business day of receipt of the request. If the request for coverage is not made at least 24 hours prior to the expiration of a previously approved treatment and We have all the information necessary to make a determination, We will make a determination and provide written notice to You (or Your designee) and Your Provider within the earlier of 72 hours or of one (1) business day of receipt of the request. If We need additional information, We will request it within 24 hours. You or Your Provider will then have 48 hours to submit the information. We will make a determination and provide written notice to You (or Your designee) and Your Provider within the earlier of one (1) business day or 48 hours of Our receipt of the information or, if We do not receive the information, within 48 hours of the end of the 48-hour period.

  • Initial Forecasts/Trunking Requirements Because Verizon’s trunking requirements will, at least during an initial period, be dependent on the Customer segments and service segments within Customer segments to whom PNG decides to market its services, Verizon will be largely dependent on PNG to provide accurate trunk forecasts for both inbound (from Verizon) and outbound (to Verizon) traffic. Verizon will, as an initial matter, provide the same number of trunks to terminate Reciprocal Compensation Traffic to PNG as PNG provides to terminate Reciprocal Compensation Traffic to Verizon. At Verizon’s discretion, when PNG expressly identifies particular situations that are expected to produce traffic that is substantially skewed in either the inbound or outbound direction, Verizon will provide the number of trunks PNG suggests; provided, however, that in all cases Verizon’s provision of the forecasted number of trunks to PNG is conditioned on the following: that such forecast is based on reasonable engineering criteria, there are no capacity constraints, and PNG’s previous forecasts have proven to be reliable and accurate.

  • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.

  • Current Revenues Under Texas law, a contract with a governmental entity that contains a claim against future revenues is void; therefore, each party paying for the performance of governmental functions or services must make those payments from current revenues available to the paying party.
