U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s E-Verify System. By entering into this Contract, Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxx certifies and ensures that it utilizes and will continue to utilize, for the term of this Contract, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s E- Verify system to determine the eligibility of all persons employed to perform duties within the United States of America, during the term of the Contract.

U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s E-Verify System. (i) The Supplier shall utilize the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s E-Verify system to verify the employment eligibility of all new employees hired by the Supplier during the term of the Contract, and (ii) the Supplier shall expressly require any contractors and sub-consultants performing Work under the Contract to likewise utilize the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s E- Verify system to verify the employment eligibility of all new employees hired by the contractor/sub-consultant during the Contract term.
