U.S. Manufacturing. COMPANY agrees that any LICENSED PRODUCTS used or sold in the United States will be manufactured substantially in the United States to the extent required by applicable laws and/or regulations.
U.S. Manufacturing. COMPANY agrees that any LICENSED PRODUCTS used or sold in the United States will be manufactured substantially in the United States as required under U.S. laws, provided that in the event that COMPANY believes in good faith that substantial manufacture of such product is not commercially feasible in the United States and makes a request to THE PARTIES in writing to assist in obtaining a waiver of such requirement from the United States Government, then THE PARTIES shall, at the reasonable cost of COMPANY, assist in applying for such waiver.
U.S. Manufacturing. To the extent that any Licensed Technology is developed using any funding from the United States, COMPANY agrees that any Licensed Products used or sold in the United States will be manufactured substantially in the United States unless any waivers required are obtained from the United States Government by COMPANY.
U.S. Manufacturing. COMPANY agrees that any LICENSED PRODUCTS used or sold in the United States will be manufactured substantially in the United States as required by 35 U.S.C. 204 and 37 C.F.R. 401 et. seq., as amended.
U.S. Manufacturing. COMPANY agrees that any LICENSED PRODUCTS used or sold in the United States will be manufactured substantially in the United States to the extent required by 35 U.S.C. §§200-212 and the regulations promulgated thereunder, as amended (the “BXXX-XXXX ACT”) or any successor statutes or regulations. If COMPANY desires to seek a waiver of such requirements, upon request of COMPANY, M.I.T. agrees to provide reasonable assistance in the application process for such waiver, however issuance of any such waiver is not guaranteed.

COMPANY agrees that any LICENSED PRODUCTS used or sold in the United States will be manufactured substantially in the United States as and to the extent required by applicable law. COMPANY agrees that for any LICENSED PRODUCTS used or sold in the United States, any component of such LICENSED PRODUCTS which is a LIPID PRODUCT will be manufactured substantially in the United States to the extent required by 35 U.S.C. § 201-2 12 and the regulations promulgated thereunder, as amended (the “Xxxx-Xxxx Act”), or any successor statutes or regulations. If COMPANY desires to seek a waiver of such requirements, upon request of COMPANY, M.I.T. agrees to provide reasonable assistance in the application process for such waiver, however issuance of any such waiver is not guaranteed.
U.S. Manufacturing. Licensee agrees that any Rice Licensed Products sold in the United States will be manufactured substantially in the United States if such Rice Licensed Products are produced under Rice Patents whose technology was developed under U.S. federal funding.
U.S. Manufacturing. Company agrees that any Licensed Products used or sold in the United States that are subject to 35 U.S.C. §§ 201-212 and the regulations promulgated thereunder, as amended, or any successor statutes or regulations will, to the extent required by law, be manufactured substantially in the United States.
