Common use of USAGE AND ACCESS RIGHTS Clause in Contracts

USAGE AND ACCESS RIGHTS. 2.1 Right to Use. DocuSign will provide the DocuSign Services to Customer as set forth in the Order Form and/or SOW. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, DocuSign grants to Customer a worldwide, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferrable right and license during the Term, solely for its and its Affiliates’ internal business purposes, and in accordance with the Documentation, to: (a) use the DocuSign Services; (b) implement, configure, and through its Account Administrator, permit its Authorized Users to access and use the DocuSign Services; and (c) access and use the Documentation. Customer will ensure that its Affiliates and all Authorized Users using the DocuSign Services under its Account comply with all of Customer’s obligations under this Agreement, and Customer is responsible for their acts and omissions relating to the Agreement as though they were those of Customer.
