Usage Data Reports. Elsevier will make usage data reports on the usage activity of each Institution accessible online to such Institution on a monthly basis to the librarians/administrators employed by the Subscriber for internal use only. Such reports may be accessed by vendors or other third parties only with the express written permission of Elsevier and for the purpose of usage analysis of the Subscriber. Elsevier will make all reasonable efforts to comply with the then currently valid COUNTER Code of Practice.
Usage Data Reports. Elsevier will make usage data reports on the Subscriber’s usage activity available as described at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/sd_usage_reports.

Usage Data Reports. (a) An Eligible Projects Usage Data Report will be submitted after each Eligible Project within 30 days of completing the required counts.
(b) The Recipient will submit to the Province a Final Usage Data Report that summarizes all Eligible Projects Usage Data Reports no later than 60 days after March 31, 2023. Despite the above, if all of the data collection requirements in the Agreement have been met, the Recipient can submit the Final Usage Data Report earlier.
(c) The Recipient will, in accordance with section F4.3 (Required Counts for an Eligible Projects Usage Data Report) and for the purpose of the Usage Data Reports, count the number of cyclists using the infrastructure built for each Eligible Project.
(d) For each collection period, the Recipient will specify the day of the week, date and time of day the count was conducted, as well as the weather conditions at the time of the count.
(e) The Recipient must submit two Eligible Projects Usage Data Report for each Eligible Project, one for first 12 months of operation and one for the second 12 months of operation.
(f) If the Recipient already has an established counting program, the Recipient can use it and submit extra data.

Open-SCS will make usage data reports on the Subscriber’s usage activity accessible online on a monthly basis to the administrators employed by the Subscriber for internal use only. Such reports may be accessed by vendors or other third parties retained by the Subscriber only with the express written permission of Open-SCS and for the purpose of usage analysis of the Subscriber.
Usage Data Reports. The Licensor may make usage data reports on the Subscriber's usage activity available through a secured link on the Vocal Masterclassics web site. Licensor and Subscriber agree to maintain the confidentiality of any data relating to the usage of the Licensed Content by Subscriber and its Authorized Users. Such data may be used solely for purposes directly related to the Licensed Content and may only be provided to third parties in aggregate form. Raw usage data including but not limited to information relating to the identity of specific users and/or uses, shall not be provided to any third party.
