Subscribed Products definition

Subscribed Products are the products and services identified in Appendix 1 that will be provided to the Subscriber pursuant to this Agreement, which Subscriber will have the right to provide to its Authorized Users (as defined herein) subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Examples of Subscribed Products in a sentence

  • The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until all subscriptions to Subscribed Products ordered pursuant to Appendix 1 have ended or have been terminated (the “Term”).

  • Remote access to the Subscribed Products by Walk-in Users is not permitted.

  • Elsevier reserves the right to deny access to the Subscribed Products to any person or entity who is prohibited from receiving such access based on any applicable export control and trade sanctions laws or embargo programs.

  • Elsevier reserves the right to withdraw from the Subscribed Products content that it no longer retains the right to provide or that it has reasonable grounds to believe is unlawful, harmful, false or infringing.

  • Elsevier warrants that use of the Subscribed Products in accordance with the terms and conditions herein will not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

  • The Subscriber acknowledges that all right, title and interest in and to the Subscribed Products remain with Elsevier and its suppliers, except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, and that the unauthorized redistribution or dissemination online of the Subscribed Products could materially and irreparably harm Elsevier and its suppliers.

  • In the event of any unauthorized use of the Subscribed Products, Elsevier may suspend the access and/or require that the Subscriber suspend the access from where the unauthorized use occurred upon notice to the Subscriber.

  • In addition, authorized copies of the Subscribed Products made by the Authorized Users may be retained for educational purposes and used subject to the terms of this Agreement even after the termination of this Agreement.

  • Upon termination of this Agreement, Elsevier may terminate access to the Subscribed Products by the Subscriber and the Authorized Users (in case of a partial termination of this Agreement only with respect to the particular Institution and their Authorized Users).

  • To the extent that Authorized Users provide any personal data to Elsevier during account registration or otherwise, the Lead Institution acknowledges that Elsevier will process such personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws and the Elsevier privacy policy applicable to the Subscribed Products as created and applied solely by Elsevier and independently of Lead Institution.

Related to Subscribed Products

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • Purchased Services means Services that You or Your Affiliate purchase under an Order Form, as distinguished from those provided pursuant to a free trial.

  • End Products as used in this clause, means those articles, materials, and supplies to be acquired for public use under this contract.

  • Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.

  • Manufactured products means items and construction materials composed in whole or in part of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum; plastics and polymer-based products such as polyvinyl chloride pipe; aggregates such as concrete; glass, including optical fiber; and lumber.

  • Covered Products means Your Applications, Libraries, Passes, Safari Extensions, Safari Push Notifications, and/or FPS implementations developed under this Agreement.

  • Licensed Services means all functions performed by the Licensed System.

  • New Product means the Synology-branded hardware product and Synology-branded accessories contained in the original packaging Customer bought from an authorized Synology distributor or reseller. You may see our “New Product” at Product Support Status.

  • Software Products and “Software” are interchangeable and mean software, computer source codes and other computer programs.
