Common use of Usage Data Clause in Contracts

Usage Data. Palantir may collect metrics, analytics, statistics, or other data related to Customer’s use of the Products (a) to provide the Products and Services to and for the benefit of Customer, including for security purposes, and (b) to analyze, maintain, and improve the Products and Services (provided that in relation to (b) the data collected shall not include personal data or Content).

Usage Data. Palantir may collect and use metrics, analytics, statistics, or other data related to Customer’s use of the Products Service (a) to provide secure the Products and Services to and Service for the benefit of Customer, including for security purposes, and ; (b) to provide, analyze, maintain, support, and improve the Products Service; and Services (provided that in relation to c) for any other purpose for which Customer provides authorization via the Service, where such option is made available (b) the data collected shall not include personal data or Contentcollectively “Usage Data”).

Palantir may collect metrics, analytics, statistics, statistics or other data related to Customer’s use of the Products Palantir Technology: (ai) in order to provide the Products Palantir Technology, Support Services and Professional Services to and for the benefit of the Customer, including ; (ii) for security purposes, statistical use (provided that it makes such data not personally identifiable); and (biii) to analyzemonitor, maintainanalyse, maintain and improve the Products Palantir Technology, Support Services and Services (provided that in relation to (b) the data collected shall not include personal data or Content)Professional Services.
