Common use of Usage Data Clause in Contracts

Usage Data. Palantir may collect and use metrics, analytics, statistics, or other data related to Customer’s use of the Service (a) to provide and secure the Service for the benefit of Customer and (b) to analyze, maintain, support, and improve the Service (provided that in relation to (b) the data collected shall not include personal data or Customer Data).

Usage Data. Palantir may collect and use metrics, analytics, statistics, or other data related to Customer’s use of the Service Products (a) to provide the Products and secure the Service Services to and for the benefit of Customer Customer, including for security purposes, and (b) to analyze, maintain, support, and improve the Service Products and Services (provided that in relation to (b) the data collected shall not include personal data or Customer DataContent).

Usage Data. Palantir may collect and use metrics, analytics, statistics, or other data related to Customer’s use of the Service (a) to provide and secure the Service for the benefit of Customer and Customer; (b) to provide, analyze, maintain, support, and improve the Service Service; and (provided that in relation to c) for any other purpose for which Customer provides authorization via the Service, where such option is made available (b) the data collected shall not include personal data or Customer collectively “Usage Data”).

Palantir may collect and use metrics, analytics, statistics, statistics or other data related to Customer’s use of the Service Palantir Technology: (ai) in order to provide the Palantir Technology, Support Services and secure the Service Professional Services to and for the benefit of Customer the Customer; (ii) for statistical use (provided that it makes such data not personally identifiable); and (biii) to analyzemonitor, maintainanalyse, support, maintain and improve the Service (provided that in relation to (b) the data collected shall not include personal data or Customer Data)Palantir Technology, Support Services and Professional Services.
