Usage Requirement. You must use your internet service at least once in each calendar month during which you are enrolled in the EBB Program in order to receive the EBB Program discount. If, for any reason you do not use your Internet Service at least once during any month, you may not receive the EBB Program discount for that month; however, you may receive it in subsequent months so long as you cure your non-usage.
