Use and Occupancy of Dwelling. Tenant shall have the right to exclusive use and occupancy of the dwelling unit for Tenant and other household members listed on the lease. With the prior written consent of the Authority, members of the household may engage in legal profit making activities in the dwelling unit incidental to the residential use. This provision permits accommodation of Tenant's guests or visitors as in Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy.
