Use limited. Firm Participant shall use the RMLS Service solely for the purpose of selling, listing, leasing, valuing, and appraising real estate, strictly as permitted by the RMLS Policies. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement and the RMLS Policies, Firm Participant shall not copy, create derivative works of, distribute, perform, or display the RMLS Service or any part of it, except the Participant Contribution.
Use limited. Firm Participant shall use the MARIS Service solely for the purpose of selling, listing, leasing, valuing, and appraising real estate, strictly as permitted by the MARIS Policies. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement and the MARIS Policies, Firm Participant shall not copy, create derivative works of, distribute, perform, or display the MARIS Service or any part of it, except the Participant Contribution.
Use limited. Participant shall use the TMLS Service solely for the purpose of selling, listing, leasing, and appraising real estate. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement and the TMLS Policies, Participant shall not copy, create derivative works of, distribute, perform, or display the TMLS Service or any part of it.
Use limited. Subscriber shall use the HIS Service solely for the purpose of selling, listing, leasing, and appraising real estate. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, Subscriber shall not copy, create derivative works of, distribute, perform, or display the HIS Service or any part of it.
Use limited. Firm Participant shall use the MRED Service solely for the purpose of selling, listing, leasing, valuing, and appraising real estate, strictly as permitted by the MRED Policies. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement and the MRED Policies, Firm Participant shall not copy, create derivative works of, distribute, perform, or display the MRED Service or any part of it except the Participant Contribution.
Use limited. Participant shall use the ONEKEY™ MLS Service solely for the purpose of selling, listing, leasing, valuing, and appraising real estate, strictly as permitted by the ONEKEY™ MLS Policies. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement and the ONEKEY™ MLS Policies, Participant shall not copy, create derivative works of, distribute, perform, or display the ONEKEY™ MLS Service or any part of it, except the Participant Contribution.
Use limited. Subscriber shall use the NWWMLS Service solely for the purpose of selling, listing, leasing, valuing, and appraising real estate strictly as permitted by the NWWMLS Policies. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement and the NWWMLS Policies, Subscriber shall not copy, create derivative works of, distribute, perform, or display the NWWMLS Service or any part of it.

Participant shall use the Maine Listings Service solely for the purpose of selling, listing, leasing, valuing, and appraising real estate, strictly as permitted by the Maine Listings Policies. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement and the Maine Listings Policies, Participant shall not copy, create derivative works of, distribute, perform, or display the Maine Listings Service or any part of it, except the Participant Contribution.

Firm Participant shall use the IRMLS Service solely for the purpose of selling, listing, leasing, valuing, and appraising real estate, strictly as permitted by the IRMLS Policies and/or Association Policies. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement and the IRMLS Policies and/or Association Policies, Firm Participant shall not copy, create derivative works of, distribute, perform, or display the IRMLS Service or any part of it, except the Participant Contribution.
Use limited. Subscriber shall use the STELLAR MLS Service solely for the purpose of selling, listing, leasing, valuing, and appraising real estate strictly as permitted by the STELLAR MLS Policies. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement and the STELLAR MLS Policies, Subscriber shall not copy, create derivative works of, distribute, perform, or display the STELLAR MLS Service or any part of it.
