Maine Listings Service definition

Maine Listings Service means the services Maine Listings provides to Participant under this Agreement and similar services Maine Listings provides to third parties under similar agreements, including any access or license to the Maine Listings Software, the Maine Listings Database, and the Maine Listings System.

  • Unauthorized use of the credentials will be considered a default under this Agreement, resulting in the immediate termination of all Maine Listings Service and entitling Maine Listings to all of its rights, remedies and damages.

  • Maine Listings agrees during the term of this Agreement not to license or distribute the Participant Contribution to any third party that is not a real estate brokerage or appraisal subscriber to the Maine Listings Service if Participant has indicated in writing its desire to withhold the Participant Contribution from such third party after Maine Listings has provided notice of its intention to provide the Participant Contribution to the third party.

  • Certain products and services made available in conjunction with the Maine Listings Service may be subject to agreements other than this Agreement and may require payment of additional fees.

  • The user ID and password will provide Participant and Authorized Representative access to all data and functions in the Maine Listings Service to which Participants are entitled under the Maine Listings Policies.

  • With regard to any Subscriber making a Participant Contribution to the Maine Listings Service, Participant warrants that the information submitted complies with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations and the Maine Listings Policies in all respects, including with regard to (a) required data fields; (b) format of submission; (c) permitted and required listing types; and (d) procedures for submission.

  • Except as expressly provided in this Agreement and the Maine Listings Policies, Participant shall not copy, create derivative works of, distribute, perform, or display the Maine Listings Service or any part of it, except the Participant Contribution.

  • Maine Listings reserves the right to distribute to third parties aggregated information about Participant’s, Authorized Representative, and Other Participants’ and Subscribers’ use of the Maine Listings Service, but not about Participant’s or Authorized Representative’s use specifically.

  • Participant acknowledges that Maine Listings may provide government agencies access to the Maine Listings Service at any time in Maine Listings’ sole discretion.

  • Maine Listings may, but is not required to, modify the Maine Listings Service, including removing information and making additional information available, and adding and removing system functions.

  • Broadband service means a retail service capable of transmitting data over an access line at a rate greater than 200 kilobits per second.

"Multiple Exchange Carrier Ordering and Design" or "MECOD" Guidelines for Access Services - Industry Support Interface, refers to the document developed by the Ordering/Provisioning Committee under the auspices of the Ordering and Billing Forum (OBF), which functions under the auspices of the Carrier Liaison Committee (CLC) of the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS). The MECOD document, published by ATIS (0404120-00X), contains recommended guidelines for processing orders for access service which is to be provided by two (2) or more LECs (including a LEC and a CLEC). "N-1 Carrier" means the Carrier in the call routing process immediately preceding the terminating Carrier. The N-1 Carrier is responsible for performing the database queries (under the FCC's rules) to determine the LRN value for correctly routing a call to a ported number. "National Emergency Number Association" or "NENA" is an association which fosters the technological advancement, availability and implementation of 911 Service nationwide through research, planning, training, certification, technical assistance and legislative representation.

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • Network Service means a Service provided by means of the Network.

  • Continuous parameter monitoring system (CPMS means all of the equipment necessary to meet the data acquisition and availability requirements of the Prevention of Significant Deterioration program, to monitor process and control device operational parameters (for example, control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (for example, gas flow rate, O2 or CO2 concentrations), and to record average operational parameter value(s) on a continuous basis.

  • Prepaid wireless telecommunications service means a wireless communications service that provides the right to utilize mobile wireless service as well as other nontelecommunications services, including the download of digital products delivered electronically, content and ancillary services, which must be paid for in advance, and that is sold in predetermined units or dollars of which the amount declines with use in a known amount.

  • public telecommunications service means the transmission by electromagnetic or other means, other than by a telephone company as defined in section 4927.01 of the Revised Code, of signs, signals, writings, images, sounds, messages, or data originating in this state regardless of actual call routing.   • Basic Exchange Telecommunications Service means, unless otherwise defined in Commission rules and then it shall have the meaning set forth therein, a service offered to End User Customers which provides the End User Customer with a telephonic connection to, and a unique local telephone number address on, the public switched telecommunications network, and which enables such End User Customer to generally place calls to, or receive calls from, other stations on the public switched telecommunications network. Basic residence and business line services are Basic Exchange Telecommunications Services. As used solely in the context of this Agreement and unless otherwise agreed, Basic Exchange Telecommunications Service includes access to ancillary services such as 911, directory assistance and operator services. "Xxxx Date" means the date on which a Billing period ends, as identified on the xxxx.

  • Mobile telecommunications service means the same as that term is defined in the Mobile Telecommunications Sourcing Act, 4 U.S.C. Sec. 124.

  • Directory Assistance Lists shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.6.1.1.

  • Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Management Program means a management program covering the duration of a state permit for a municipal separate storm sewer system that includes a comprehensive planning process that involves public participation and intergovernmental coordination, to reduce the discharge of pollutants to the maximum extent practicable, to protect water quality, and to satisfy the appropriate water quality requirements of the CWA and regulations, and this article and its attendant regulations, using management practices, control techniques, and system, design, and engineering methods, and such other provisions that are appropriate.

  • Provisional Interconnection Service means interconnection service provided by Transmission Provider associated with interconnecting the Interconnection Customer’s Generating Facility to Transmission Provider’s Transmission System and enabling that Transmission System to receive electric energy and capacity from the Generating Facility at the Point of Interconnection, pursuant to the terms of the Interconnection Service Agreement and, if applicable, the Tariff.

  • system user means a natural or legal person supplying to, or being supplied by, a transmission or distribution system;

  • SaaS Service means the SaaS Software as deployed and hosted by Licensor on the AWS Service infrastructure, any software and other technology provided or made accessible by Licensor that Buyer is required or has the option to use in order to access, receive and use the SaaS Software as hosted by Licensor, including any software or technology that Buyer is required or has the option to install, operate and use on Buyer’s systems for its use of the SaaS Software, and all related services, functions or responsibilities of Licensor inherent in, and necessary for, the proper performance of such software-as-a-service.

  • Fixed wireless service means a telecommunications service that provides radio communication between fixed points.
