Common use of Use of Additional Areas Clause in Contracts

Use of Additional Areas. The use and occupancy by the Tenant of the leased premises shall include the use in common with others entitled thereto of the common areas, employees' parking areas, service roads, loading facilities, sidewalks and may be designated from time to time by the Landlord, subject however, to the terms and conditions of this agreement and to reasonable rules and regulations for the use thereof as prescribed from time to time by the Landlord.

Use of Additional Areas. The use and occupancy occupation by the Tenant of the leased premises shall include the use in common with others entitled thereto of the common areas, employees' parking areas, service roads, loading facilities, sidewalks and customer car parking areas, and other facilities as may be designated from time to time by the LandlordOwner, subject however, however to the terms and conditions of this agreement and to reasonable rules and regulations for the use thereof as prescribed from time to time by the LandlordOwner.

Use of Additional Areas. The use and occupancy occupation by the Tenant of the leased premises shall include the use in common with others entitled other entities thereto of the common areas, employees' parking areas, service roads, loading facilities, sidewalks and customer car parking areas as such common areas now exist or as such common areas may hereafter be constructed, and other facilities as may be designated from time to time by the Landlord, subject however, however to the terms and conditions of this agreement lease and to reasonable rules and regulations for the use thereof as prescribed from time to time by the Landlord.

Use of Additional Areas. The use and occupancy occupation by the Tenant of the leased premises shall include the use in common with others entitled thereto of the common areasareas and elevator, employees' parking areasas shown on Exhibits "A.1" and "A.2" which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, service roads, loading facilities, sidewalks and other facilities as may be designated from time to time by the Landlord, subject however, however to the terms and conditions of this agreement Lease and to reasonable rules and regulations for the use thereof as prescribed from time to time by the Landlord.
