Use of Birth Control. Females unable to have children Women in this study not able to get pregnant include women who: • Have had their uterus removed (documented) • Have had both fallopian tubes removed (documented) • Have had both ovaries removed (documented) • Have not had a period for at least 12 months in a row with no other medical cause. You must have a blood hormone level confirming that you cannot get pregnant Females permanently unable to have children due to a medical cause not listed above may be allowed to participate in the study at the discretion of the study investigator.

Females able to have children If you are sexually active, you must use a highly effective method of birth control. The birth control must be used consistently and correctly from the start of dosing (earlier for hormonal birth control), during the study, and for at least 28 days after the last dose of study drug. Please note that ritonavir can make estradiol-containing birth control less effective. A barrier method or other nonhormonal method of birth control must also be used if you are using estradiol-containing birth control. Highly effective methods of birth control include: • Implantable progestogen-only hormone birth control • Intrauterine device (IUD) • Intrauterine hormone-releasing system • Bilateral tubal occlusion (both tubes blocked) which includes bilateral tubal ligation (both tubes tied) • Partner has a vasectomy (absence of sperm confirmed) • Hormonal birth control* (See Note below) • Sexual abstinence – defined as refraining from heterosexual intercourse during the study and for 28 days after the last dose of study drug, and is the preferred and usual lifestyle of the participant PLUS *Note: One of the following barrier methods must be used in addition to the use of hormonal birth control methods: • Male or female condom with or without spermicide • Cervical cap, diaphragm, or sponge with spermicide • A combination of male condom with either cervical cap, diaphragm, or sponge with spermicide (double barrier method) Males There are no birth control requirements for male participants.

  • Use of Volunteers The School covenants and represents that all volunteers it allows access to its students or the Facility will comply with state regulations regarding the use of volunteers set out in Section 6.50.18

  • USE OF NASA NAME AND NASA EMBLEMS A. NASA Name and Initials Partner shall not use "National Aeronautics and Space Administration" or "NASA" in a way that creates the impression that a product or service has the authorization, support, sponsorship, or endorsement of NASA, which does not, in fact, exist. Except for releases under the "Release of General Information to the Public and Media" Article, Partner must submit any proposed public use of the NASA name or initials (including press releases and all promotional and advertising use) to the NASA Associate Administrator for the Office of Communications or designee ("NASA Communications") for review and approval.   • Use of Attachment Facilities by Third Parties Purpose of Attachment Facilities.‌‌ Except as may be required by Applicable Laws and Regulations, or as otherwise agreed to among the Parties, the Attachment Facilities shall be constructed for the sole purpose of interconnecting the Large Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System and shall be used for no other purpose.

  • Use of Service Areas The service areas, as located within the Project, shall be ear- marked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, Pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, firefighting pumps and equipment etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association for rendering maintenance services.

  • Use of Customer Name Contractor may use County’s name without County’s prior written consent only in Contractor’s customer lists. Any other use of County’s name by Contractor must have the prior written consent of County.

  • Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

  • Termination of use of supplementary card The basic cardmember is entitled at any time to terminate the use of any supplementary card, and the supplementary cardmember may terminate the use of his supplementary card, at any time in accordance with clause

  • LEAST RESTRICTIVE ENVIRONMENT/DUAL ENROLLMENT CONTRACTOR and XXX shall follow all LEA policies and procedures that support Least Restrictive Environment (“LRE”) options and/or Dual Enrollment options for students to have access to the general curriculum and to be educated with their nondisabled peers to the maximum extent appropriate. CONTRACTOR shall ensure that LRE placement options are addressed at all IEP team meetings regarding students for whom ISAs have been or may be executed. This shall include IEP team consideration of supplementary aids and services, goals and objectives necessary for placement in the LRE and necessary to enable students to transition to less restrictive settings. When an IEP team has determined that a student should be transitioned into the public school setting, CONTRACTOR shall assist the LEA in implementing the IEP team’s recommendations activities to support the transition.

  • Are There Distribution Rules That Apply After Death Special rules apply in the case of the divorce or death of a beneficiary of a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account. In particular, any balances to the credit of a beneficiary must, within 30 days of death, be either: (i) rolled over to another beneficiary’s Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account according to the requirements of Section (4) (in which case the distribution will not be subject to tax) or (ii) distributed to a death beneficiary or the beneficiary’s estate (in which case the distribution will be subject to tax).

  • USE OF U.S. FOREST SERVICE INSIGNIA In order for the Cooperators to use the U.S. Forest Service insignia on any published media, such as a Web page, printed publication, or audiovisual production, permission must be granted from the U.S. Forest Service’s Office of Communications. A written request must be submitted and approval granted in writing by the Office of Communications (Washington Office) prior to use of the insignia.
