Use of Card. (a) The Principal Cardmember is liable to RHB Bankfor all transactions carried out by the Principal Cardmember and any Supplementary Cardmember using the Principal Card and any Supplementary Card respectively and for all related charges billed to the Card Account. (b) The Principal Cardmember continues to be liable for such transactions and charges even though the Principal Card and/or any Supplementary Card has/have been cancelled and/or this Agreement has been terminated. (a) A Supplementary Cardmember is only liable to RHB Bank on all transactions carried out by such Supplementary Cardmember using his/her Supplementary Card and for all charges billed to the Card Account related to such Supplementary Card. (b) The Supplementary Cardmember continues to be liable for such transactions and charges even though such Supplementary Card has been cancelled and/or this Agreement has been terminated. (a) Purchase from any authorised Merchant: (i) Cardmember must ensure that the transaction amount is correct before authorising the transaction; (ii) Cardmember must enter the PIN when prompted; (iii) Cardmember may also use the Card to make Contactless Transaction through a contactless reader of which the maximum transaction amount per transaction is capped at RM250.00 or any other limit that may be permitted by RHB Bank from time to time; or (iv) Cardmember must sign a sales draft or cash withdrwal draft prepared by the Authorised Merchant and/or VISA Member Bank or MasterCard Member Bank as the case may be. (b) RHB Bank may, and is unconditionally authorised by the Cardmember to, purchase from the Merchant and/or VISA Member Bank or MasterCard Member Bank such sales drafts and cash withdrawal drafts and debit the Cardmember’s relevant Card Account for the amount paid by RHB Bank for such purchase. 3.4 In addition to Clause 3.3, the Cardmember unconditionally authorises RHB Bank :- (a) to purchase his/her unsigned sales drafts or cash withdrawal drafts; and (b) to debit his/her Card Account for the payments made by RHB Bank for such purchase, if RHB Bank determines, based on satisfactory documentary evidence, that the omission is due to:- (i) the nature of the transaction; or (ii) an oversight on the part of the Cardmember, the Merchant and/or VISA Member Bank or MasterCard Member Bank. Unless there is any manifest error, any such determination by RHB Bank will be binding and conclusive on the Cardmember. 3.5 Unless there is any manifest error, RHB Bank may treat its record of any transaction carried out using the Card (including transactions carried out through the internet, mail orders, telephone or any other means acceptable to RHB Bank from time to time) as evidence of a debt properly incurred by the Cardmember to be debited to the relevant Card Account. This is applicable irrespective of whether or not such record contains the Cardmember’s signature. 3.6 RHB Bank will, having evaluated the financial condition, income statements and other financial documents in respect of the potential Cardmember furnished to RHB Bank, assign a Card Limit to the relevant Card Account that must be strictly observed by the Cardmember. Any increase in Card Limit shall be subject to the conduct of affordability assessment by the Bank 3.7 A Cardmember is only allowed to use the Card for any Cash Advance if the amount of the Cash Advance does not exceed 80% of the Card Limit subject to available balance or such other limit as determined and notified by RHB Bank to the Cardmember upon the issuance of the Card or in accordance with Clause 14.1 from time to time. 3.8 If the Principal Cardmember operates two or more Card Accounts, a combined Card Limit will be assigned to the Card Accounts representing the total credit limit extended to cover the use of all Cards held by the Principal Cardmember and the Supplementary Cardmember, if any. 3.9 (a) RHB Bank may at any time vary the Card Limit: (i) by decreasing the Card Limit by giving prior notice of at least twenty- one (21) calendar days to the Cardmember and stating in the notice the reason(s) for such decrease; (ii) upon RHB Bank’s receipt of the Cardmember’s request for such variation, including the Cardmember’s request for a temporary Card Limit increase under Clause 3.10; or (iii) upon RHB Bank’s annual review of the Cardmember’s credit standing, by increasing the Card Limit upon the Cardmember’s acceptance of RHB Bank’s offer for such increase within thirty (30) days from such offer.

Use of Card. Any increase in Card Limit shall be subject to the conduct of affordability assessment by the Bank. 3.7 4.7 A Cardmember Cardholder is only allowed to use the Card for any Cash Advance if the amount of the Cash Advance does not exceed 80% fifty percent (50%) of the available Card Limit subject to available balance or such other limit as determined and notified by RHB Islamic Bank to the Cardmember Cardholder upon the issuance of the Card or in accordance with Clause 14.1 15.1 from time to time. 3.8 4.8 If the Principal Cardmember Cardholder operates two (2) or more Card Accounts, a combined Card Limit will be assigned to the Card Accounts representing the total credit limit extended to cover the use of all Cards held by the Principal Cardmember Cardholder and the Supplementary Cardmember, Cardholder (if any). 3.9 (a) RHB Islamic Bank may at any time vary the Card Limit: (i) by decreasing the Card Limit by giving prior notice of at least twenty- twenty-one (21) calendar days to the Cardmember Cardholder and stating in the notice the reason(s) for such decrease; (ii) upon RHB Islamic Bank’s receipt of the CardmemberCardholder’s request for such variation, including the CardmemberCardholder’s request for a temporary Card Limit increase under Clause 3.104.10; or (iii) upon RHB Islamic Bank’s annual review of the CardmemberCardholder’s credit standing, by increasing the Card Limit upon the CardmemberCardholder’s acceptance of RHB Islamic Bank’s offer for such increase within thirty (30) days from such offer. (b) If the Cardholder is not agreeable to such variation, the Card may be cancelled in accordance with Clause 3.6. (c) Activation, retention or use of the Card after the effective date of such variation will constitute the Cardholder’s acceptance of such variation. (d) The Cardholder agrees that RHB Islamic Bank will not be liable for any losses, expenses or claims suffered by or brought against the Cardholder as a result of RHB Islamic Bank exercising its rights under this Clause 4.9 due to the Cardholder’s act, omission, default, negligence and/or misconduct. (a) Except for stand-in processing transactions, profit and/or fees imposed by RHB Islamic Bank and auto-debit transactions which do not require the Cardholder’s consent, request from or consent of the Cardholder is required for a temporary Card Limit increase or an over-the-limit transaction. (b) The Cardholder may contact RHB Customer Contact Centre to withdraw the consent. The withdrawal of the over-the-limit consent is subject to the Cardholder not exceeding the combined Card Limit at the point of request. (c) If the Cardholder fails to settle the temporary Card Limit used (including temporary Card Limit used in auto-debit transactions) within the specified period, an over-the-limit fee of RM50 per occurrence will be imposed if: (i) the total outstanding balance exceeds the combined Card Limit due to the temporary Card Limit transaction; and (ii) the Actual Management Fee incurred plus such over-the-limit fee do not exceed the Fixed Management Fee. (d) However, no over-the-limit fee may be imposed if the total outstanding balance exceeds the combined Card Limit due to any stand-in processing transaction, profit and/or any fees imposed by RHB Islamic Bank. (a) RHB Islamic Bank is not liable for any error, act or omission on the part of the Merchant which is not due to the act, omission, default, negligence and/or misconduct on the part of RHB Islamic Bank and/or any of its employees, representatives and agents, including any refusal by the Merchant to honor the Card, any defect or deficiency in any goods or services provided by the Merchant and any statement, representation or communication made by or purportedly made by the Merchant. (b) The Cardholder is to resolve all complaints, claims, disputes and/or legal proceedings against the Merchant arising from any such error, act or omission on the part of the Merchant which is not due to the act, omission, default, negligence and/or misconduct on the part of RHB Islamic Bank and/or any of its employees, representatives and agents directly with the Merchant and not through RHB Islamic Bank. (c) The Cardholder agrees not to include RHB Islamic Bank in any such claim, dispute and/or legal proceedings against the Merchant. (d) Any complaint, claim, dispute and/or legal proceeding which the Cardholder may have against the Merchant will not relieve the Cardholder of the obligation to pay RHB Islamic Bank the amount incurred on the Card at such times and in the manner provided under this Agreement. (e) If there is any dispute, the Cardholder may refer such dispute to RHB Customer Contact Centre or Customer Advocacy. The Cardholder may reach out to the Ombudsman for Financial Services for any further dispute. (a) The Cardholder may use the Card to carry out ATM transactions. (b) Such usage will be subject to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, RHB Islamic Bank’s terms and conditions for ATM transactions that are in force and are available on the website of RHB Islamic Bank at xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx from time to time and/or the terms and conditions of the participating VISA Member Bank or MasterCard Member Bank which are in force from time. (a) If the Cardholder enjoys other banking facilities with RHB Islamic Bank and if an event of default (or any event having a similar effect) under any of the other banking facilities or this Card facility occurs or is threatened, RHB Islamic Bank may suspend or cancel the Card in accordance with Clause 12.2. (b) If RHB Islamic Bank suspends or cancels the Card, Clauses 12.4 and 12.5 apply. (c) The Cardholder may contact RHB Customer Contact Centre or visit any branch of RHB Islamic Bank if he/she would like to have further information on such suspension or cancellation. 4.14 The Cardholder agrees that: (a) the Card: (i) will be used only for Shariah-compliant purposes and purchase of Shariah- compliant goods and services at or from Shariah-compliant businesses and premises. Unless there is any manifest error, the decision of RHB Islamic Bank on whether any purposes, goods, services, businesses and premises are Shariah-compliant is conclusive; and (ii) will not be used for or in connection with any unlawful, fraudulent, dishonest or unauthorised activity, any activity or purpose which is not Shariah-compliant (including online gambling and betting through the internet) and/or any activity or purpose which is in breach of any laws and regulatory rules and requirements; (b) if RHB Islamic Bank reasonably believes or suspects that the Card is used or is to be used in contravention of Clause 4.14(a): (i) RHB Islamic Bank may at any time block any payment and/or transaction and/or suspend the use of the Card, the Card Account and/or any other related services immediately. All payments made in that regard by the Cardholder using the Card are liable to be rejected and all Card(s) issued under the Card Account will be terminated. Upon such termination, Clauses 12.4 and 12.5 apply; and (ii) despite Clause 4.14(b)(i), the Cardholder remains fully liable to pay RHB Islamic Bank the amount due in respect of such payments in accordance with this Agreement. 4.15 The Cardholder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RHB Islamic Bank, its officers, directors and employees from and against all losses, claims, damages, liabilities, obligations, costs, fees and expenses whatsoever (including legal fees) incurred or suffered due to the Cardholder’s breach of Clause 4.14.

(b) If the Cardmember/Company is not agreeable to such variation, the Card may be cancelled in accordance with Clause 2.6. (c) Activation, retention or use of the Card after the effective date of such variation will constitute the Cardmember/Company’s acceptance of such variation. (d) The Cardmember/Company agrees that RHB Bank will not be liable for any losses, expenses or claims suffered by or brought against the Cardmember/Company as a result of RHB Bank exercising its rights under this Clause 3.7 due to the Cardmember/Company’s act, omission, default, negligence and/or misconduct. (a) Except for stand-in processing transactions, interests and/or fees imposed by RHB Bank and auto-debit transactions which do not require the Cardmember/Company’s consent, request from or consent of the Cardmember/Company is required for a temporary Card Limit increase or an over- the-limit transaction. (b) If the Cardmember/Company fails to settle the temporary Card Limit used (including temporary Card Limit used in auto-debit transactions) within the specified period, an over-the-limit fee of RM50 per occurrence will be imposed if the total outstanding balance exceeds the combined Card Limit due to the temporary Card Limit transaction. (c) However, no over-the-limit fee may be imposed if the total outstanding balance exceeds the combined Card Limit due to any stand-in processing transaction and/or any interests and/or fees imposed by RHB Bank. (d) The Cardmember/Company may contact RHB Customer Contact Centre to withdraw the consent. The withdrawal of the over-the-limit consent is subject to the Cardmember/Company not exceeding the combined Card Limit at the point of request. (a) RHB Bank is not liable for any error, act or omission on the part of the Merchant which is not due to the act, omission, default, negligence and/or misconduct on the part of RHB Bank and/or any of its employees, representatives and agents, including but not limited to any refusal by the Merchant to honour the Card or any defect or deficiency in any goods or services provided by the Merchant and any statement, representation or communication made by or purportedly made by the Merchant. (b) The Cardmember/Company is to resolve all complaints, claims, disputes and/or legal proceedings against the Merchant arising from any such error, act or omission on the part of the Merchant which is not due to the act, omission, default, negligence and/or misconduct on the part of RHB Bank and/or any of its employees, representatives and agents directly with the Merchant and not through RHB Bank. (c) The Cardmember/Company agrees not to include RHB Bank in any such claim, dispute and/or legal proceedings against the Merchant. (d) Any complaint, claim, dispute and/or legal proceeding which the Cardmember/Company may have against the Merchant will not relieve the Cardmember/Company of the obligation to pay RHB Bank the amount incurred on the Card at such times and in the manner as provided under this Agreement. (e) If there is any dispute, the Cardmember/Company may refer such dispute to RHB Customer Contact Centre or Customer Advocacy. The Cardmember/Company may reach out to the Ombudsman for Financial Services for any further dispute. (a) If the Cardmember/Company enjoys other banking facilities with RHB Bank and if an event of default (or any event having a similar effect) under any of the other banking facilities or this Card facility occurs or is threatened, RHB Bank may suspend or cancel the Card in accordance with Clause 10.2. (b) If RHB Bank suspends or cancels the Card, Clauses 10.4 and 10.5 apply. (c) The Cardmember/Company may contact RHB Customer Contact Centre or visit any branch of RHB Bank if he/she/it would like to have further information on such suspension or cancellation. (c) The Cardmember/Company agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RHB Bank, its officers, directors and employees from and against all losses, claims, damages, liabilities, obligations, costs, fees and expenses whatsoever (including legal fees) incurred or suffered due to the Cardmember/Company’s breach of Clause 3.11.

Use of Card. (a) 9.1 The Principal Cardmember is Cardholder shall be liable to RHB Bankfor BSN for all transactions carried out effected by the Principal Cardmember Cardholder and any the Supplementary Cardmember Cardholder (if any) using the Principal Card and any the Supplementary Card respectively and for all related charges billed to the Card AccountAccount(s). Any increase in Card Limit shall be subject to the conduct of affordability assessment by the Bank 3.7 A Cardmember is only allowed to use the Card for any Cash Advance if the amount of the Cash Advance does not exceed 80% of the Card Limit subject to available balance or such other limit as determined and notified by RHB Bank to the Cardmember upon the issuance of the Card or in accordance with Clause 14.1 from time to timeCardholder/Company. 3.8 4.4 If the Principal Cardmember Company operates two (2) or more Card Accounts, a combined Card Limit will be assigned to the Card Accounts representing the total credit limit extended to cover the use of all Cards held by the Principal Cardmember and the Supplementary Cardmember, if anyCompany. 3.9 (a) RHB 4.5 Notwithstanding the fact that the assigned Card Limit and a combined Card Limit shall have been set for the relevant Cardholder/Company, the Bank may at any time at its discretion vary such a limit or restrict or refuse or withhold the Card Limit: (i) by decreasing the Card Limit Cardholder/Company’s credit by giving prior notice of at least twenty- one three (21) calendar 3)business days to the Cardmember Cardholder/Company and stating the Cardholder/Company hereby acknowledges and confirms that the Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever to the Cardholder/Company, as a result of the Bank exercising its rights under this clause 4.5. 4.6 An over limit fee of RM50 per occurrence may be imposed whenever the total outstanding balance exceeds the combined Card Limit if it is due to an over limit transaction, provided that Actual Management Fee incurred, plus over limit fee does not exceed Fixed Management Fee and the Cardholder/Company consents to it. However, the auto-debit transaction is exempted from having to obtain the Cardholder/Company’s consent. In the event of a temporary credit limit increase or an over -the-limit transaction is being requested by Cardholder/Company, consent to the over limit transaction is required to be given to the Bank. Where the Cardholder/Company fails to settle the temporary credit limit used within the specified period, an over limit fee may be imposed should the total outstanding balance exceeds the combined Card Limit due to the temporary credit limit transaction. Cardholder/Company may contact RHB Customer Care Centre to withdraw the consent. The withdrawal of the over limit consent is subject to Cardholder/Company not exceeding the combined Card Limit at the point of request. 4.7 The Bank shall not be liable for any mistake, error, act or omission on the part of the Merchant including but not limited to any refusal by the Merchant to honor the Card or any defect or deficiency in any goods or services provided by the Merchant or any statement, representation or communication made by or purportedly made by the Merchant. The Cardholder/Company shall resolve all complaints, claims and disputes or legal proceedings against the Merchant directly and not through the Bank. The Cardholder/Company undertakes not to enjoin the Bank in any such claim and/or dispute or legal proceedings against the Merchant. Any claim/dispute which the Cardholder/Company may have against the Merchant shall not relieve the Cardholder/Company of the obligation to pay the Bank the amount incurred on the Card at such times and in the manner as provided under this Agreement. 4.8 The Cardholder/Company agrees that where the Cardholder/Company enjoys other banking facilities with the Bank and if in the opinion of the Bank, if any of the other banking facilities or this Card facility is not conducted in a manner satisfactory to the Bank, the Bank is entitled at its discretion without any liability whatsoever to suspend, cancel or recall the Card by giving notice to the reason(sCardholder/Company and without the need to assign any reason whatsoever thereto. In the event the Bank suspends, cancels or recalls the Card, the provisions of clauses 10.4 and 10.5 shall apply in the same way with the necessary changes, being varied according to the circumstances of the case. 4.9 The Cardholder/Company agrees with and warrants to the Bank that the Card issued to the Cardholder/Company, under the Card Account: a) It will be used only for purposes permitted by Shariah and only for the purchase of Halal or Shariah approved goods or services, businesses and premises. The Cardholder/Company agrees that the Bank’s and/or its Shariah Committee of RHB Islamic Bank Berhad’s decision on whether such goods and services, businesses and premises are Shariah compliant shall be conclusive for purposes of this Agreement and shall not be used for or in connection with any unlawful activity or Non-Halal activity or purpose (including but not limited to any breaches of applicable law, rule or other regulatory requirements), whether in whole or in part. (a) Except for stand-in processing transactions, profit and/or fees imposed by the Bank and auto- debit transactions which do not require the Cardholder/Company’s consent, request from or consent of the Cardholder/Company is required for a temporary Card Limit increase or an over- the-limit transaction. (b) The Cardholder/Company may contact RHB Customer Contact Centre to withdraw the consent. The withdrawal of the over-the-limit consent is subject to the Cardholder/Company not exceeding the combined Card Limit at the point of request. (c) If the Cardholder/Company fails to settle the temporary Card Limit used (including temporary Card Limit used in auto-debit transactions) within the specified period, an over-the-limit fee of RM50 per occurrence will be imposed if: (i) the total outstanding balance exceeds the combined Card Limit due to the temporary Card Limit transaction; and (ii) the Actual Management Fee incurred plus such over-the-limit fee do not exceed the Fixed Management Fee. (d) However, no over-the-limit fee may be imposed if the total outstanding balance exceeds the combined Card Limit due to any stand-in processing transaction, profit and/or any fees imposed by the Bank. (a) The Bank is not liable for any error, act or omission on the part of the Merchant which is not due to the act, omission, default, negligence and/or misconduct on the part of the Bank and/or any of its employees, representatives and agents, including any refusal by the Merchant to honor the Card, any defect or deficiency in any goods or services provided by the Merchant and any statement, representation or communication made by or purportedly made by the Merchant. (b) The Cardholder/Company is to resolve all complaints, claims and disputes and/or legal proceedings against the Merchant arising from any such error, act or mission on the part of the Merchant which is not due to the act, omission, default, negligence and/or misconduct on the part of the Bank and/or any of its employees, representatives and agents directly with the Merchant and not through the Bank. (c) The Cardholder/Company agrees not to include the Bank in any such claim, dispute and/or legal proceedings against the Merchant. (d) Any complaint, claim, dispute and/or legal proceeding which the Cardholder/Company may have against the Merchant will not relieve the Cardholder/Company of the obligation to pay the Bank the amount incurred on the Card at such times and in the manner as provided under this Agreement. (e) If there is any dispute, the Cardholder/Company may refer such dispute to RHB Customer Contact Centre or Customer Advocacy, The Cardholder/Company may reach out to the Ombudsman for Financial Services for any further dispute. (a) If the Cardholder/Company enjoys other banking facilities with the Bank and if an event of default (or any event having a similar effect) under any of the other banking facilities or this Card facility occurs or is threatened, the Bank may suspend or cancel the Card in accordance with Clause 11.2. (b) If the Bank suspends or cancels the Card, Clauses 11.4 and 11.5 apply. (c) The Cardholder/Company may contact RHB Customer Contact Centre or visit any branch of the Bank if he/she/it would like to have further information on such suspension or cancellation. 4.11 The Cardholder/Company agrees that: (a) the Card: (i) must be used only for Shariah-compliant purposes and purchase of Shariah-compliant goods or services at or from Shariah-compliant businesses and premises. Unless there is any manifest error, the decision of the Bank and/or the Shariah Committee on whether any purposes, goods, services, businesses and premises are Shariah-compliant is conclusive; and (ii) must not be used for or in connection with any unlawful, fraudulent, dishonest or unauthorised activity, any activity or purpose which is not Shariah-compliant (including online gambling and betting through the internet) and/or any activity or purpose which is in breach of any applicable law and regulatory rules and requirements; (b) if the Bank reasonably believes or suspects that the Card is used or is to be used in contravention of Clause 4.11(a): (i) the Bank may at any time block any payment and/or transaction and/or suspend the use of the Card, the Card Account and/or any other related services immediately. All payments made in that regard by the Cardholder/Company using the Card are liable to be rejected and all Card(s) issued under the Card Account will be terminated. Upon such cancellation, Clauses 11.4 and 11.5 apply; and (ii) despite Clause 4.11(b)(i), the Cardholder/Company remains fully liable to pay the Bank the amount due in respect of such payments in accordance with this Agreement. 4.12 The Cardholder/Company agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Bank, its officers, directors and employees from and against all losses, claims, damages, liabilities, obligations, costs, fees and expenses whatsoever (including legal fees) incurred or suffered due to the Cardholder/Company’s breach of Clause 4.11.

Use of Card. 4.1 The Card, that may include a physical, digital or virtual card, will enable the Cardmember to perform the following transactions:- (ai) The Principal Cardmember is liable to RHB Bankfor all Signature based transactions carried out by at Authorised Merchants; It shall be conclusive proof that a Card Transaction and the Principal Cardmember and amount recorded thereon was properly incurred when the Bank receives the Transaction Receipt or any Supplementary Cardmember using written document bearing the Principal Card and any Supplementary Card respectively and for all related charges billed to the Card AccountCardmember’s signature. (bii) The Principal Cardmember continues to be liable for such PIN based transactions and charges even though at Authorised Merchants; (iii) Online transactions through any computer or mobile device or compatible on-line application whether or not requiring the Principal Card and/or any Supplementary Card has/have been cancelled and/or this Agreement has been terminated.Cardmember's password; (a) A Supplementary Cardmember is only liable to RHB Bank on all transactions carried out by such Supplementary Cardmember using his/her Supplementary Card and for all charges billed to Where the Card Account related is used to purchase goods and/or services through online internet sites or portals (including through any computer or mobile device), the Cardmember shall be solely responsible for the security of such Supplementary use at all times. The Cardmember agrees that the entry of the Card information on the internet is sufficient proof that instruction were given for the use of the Card. (b) The Supplementary Cardmember continues to be liable for such transactions and charges even though such Supplementary Card has been cancelled and/or this Agreement has been terminated. (a) Purchase from any authorised Merchant:For transaction at participating 3-D Secure merchants; (i) if the Cardmember must ensure that has not activated PB SecureSign or applied for SecureSign Token, One Time Password (OTP) will be issued via Short Messaging Service (SMS) to Cardmember's registered mobile number with the transaction amount is correct before authorising the transactionBank; (ii) if the Cardmember must enter has activated PB SecureSign or applied for SecureSign Token, the PIN when prompted; (iii) Cardmember may also use the Card to make Contactless Transaction through a contactless reader of which the maximum transaction amount per transaction is capped at RM250.00 PB SecureSign or any other limit that may be permitted by RHB Bank from time to time; or SecureSign Token (iv) Cardmember must sign a sales draft or cash withdrwal draft prepared by the Authorised Merchant and/or VISA Member Bank or MasterCard Member Bank as the case may be) to approve the transaction. (c) The Bank is under no obligation to verify the identity or the authority of the person entering the Cardmember's Card information. The Bank shall not be liable for acting on such use of the Cardmember's Card regardless of whether the person who entered the Card information is authorised to do so, and regardless of the circumstances prevailing at the time of the transaction. (d) The Bank may, choose not to carry out any transactions over the internet if the Bank has any reason to doubt its authenticity or if in the Bank's opinion it is unlawful or otherwise improper to do so. (iv) Contactless transactions by waving the Card at contactless readers, terminals or POS devices or bringing the Card in close proximity with such devices (“Contactless Transaction”) subject to a purchase transaction limit of up to Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred and Fifty (RM250.00) or any other threshold as the Bank may determine at any time and from time to time. Unless informed otherwise, such Contactless Transactions may not require: (a) The Cardmember's signature on any sales slips, terminals or POS device; (b) RHB The microchip embedded in the Card, if any, to be read by such devices; (c) A PIN to authorise such transactions. The Cardmember acknowledges the ease of using a Card for a purchase that involves Contactless Transaction and agrees to accept the risks associated with it. The Cardmember shall undertake to be liable for all transactions involving Contactless Transaction processing. 4.2 Notwithstanding the above the Cardmember hereby irrevocably authorises the Bank may, and is unconditionally authorised to treat the Bank’s records of any transactions effected by the Cardmember touse of the Card including but not limited to transactions effected at Point of Sale Terminals, purchase from the Merchant and/or VISA Member Bank or MasterCard Member Bank such sales drafts and cash withdrawal drafts and debit the Cardmember’s relevant Card Account for the amount paid by RHB Bank for such purchase. 3.4 In addition to Clause 3.3mail order, telephone order, the Cardmember unconditionally authorises RHB Bank :- (a) to purchase his/her unsigned sales drafts or cash withdrawal drafts; and (b) to debit his/her Card Account for the payments made by RHB Bank for such purchase, if RHB Bank determines, based on satisfactory documentary evidence, that the omission is due to:- (i) the nature of the transaction; or (ii) an oversight on the part of the Cardmember, the Merchant and/or VISA Member Bank or MasterCard Member Bank. Unless there is any manifest error, any such determination by RHB Bank will be binding internet and conclusive on the Cardmember. 3.5 Unless there is any manifest error, RHB Bank may treat its record of any transaction carried out using the Card (including transactions carried out through the internet, mail orders, telephone or any other means acceptable to RHB Bank from time to time) self serve terminals as evidence of a debt such purchase(s) properly incurred by the Cardmember to be debited to the relevant Card Account. This is applicable irrespective of whether or not such record contains the Cardmember’s signature. 3.6 RHB Bank will, having evaluated the financial condition, income statements and other financial documents in respect of the potential Cardmember furnished to RHB Bank, assign a Card Limit to the relevant Card Account notwithstanding that must the transactions may not be strictly observed authorised by the Cardmember. Any increase in Card Limit shall be subject to the conduct of affordability assessment by the Bank 3.7 A Cardmember is only allowed to use the Card for any Cash Advance if the amount of the Cash Advance does not exceed 80% of the Card Limit subject to available balance or such other limit as determined and notified by RHB Bank to the Cardmember upon the issuance of the Card or in accordance with Clause 14.1 from time to time. 3.8 If the Principal Cardmember operates two or more Card Accounts, a combined Card Limit will be assigned to the Card Accounts representing the total credit limit extended to cover the use of all Cards held by the Principal Cardmember and the Supplementary Cardmember, if any. 3.9 (a) RHB Bank may at any time vary the Card Limit: (i) by decreasing the Card Limit by giving prior notice of at least twenty- one (21) calendar days to the Cardmember and stating in further notwithstanding that such record as aforesaid may not contain the notice the reason(s) for such decrease; (ii) upon RHB Bank’s receipt signature of the Cardmember’s request for such variation, including the Cardmember’s request for a temporary Card Limit increase under Clause 3.10; or (iii) upon RHB Bank’s annual review of the Cardmember’s credit standing, by increasing the Card Limit upon the Cardmember’s acceptance of RHB Bank’s offer for such increase within thirty (30) days from such offer.

(b) If the Cardholder is not agreeable to such variation, the Card may be cancelled in accordance with Clause 3.6. (c) Activation, retention or use of the Card after the effective date of such variation will constitute the Cardholder’s acceptance of such variation. (d) The Cardholder agrees that RHB Islamic Bank will not be liable for any losses, expenses or claims suffered by or brought against the Cardholder as a result of RHB Islamic Bank exercising its rights under this Clause 4.9 due to the Cardholder’s act, omission, default, negligence and/or misconduct. (e) If there is any dispute, the Cardholder may refer such dispute to RHB Customer Contact Centre or Customer Advocacy. The Cardholder may reach out to the Ombudsman for Financial Services for any further dispute. (a) The Cardholder may use the Card to carry out ATM transactions. (b) Such usage will be subject to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, RHB Islamic Bank’s terms and conditions for ATM transactions that are in force and are available on the website of RHB Islamic Bank at xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx from time to time and/or the terms and conditions of the participating VISA Member Bank or MasterCard Member Bank which are in force from time. (a) If the Cardholder enjoys other banking facilities with RHB Islamic Bank and if an event of default (or any event having a similar effect) under any of the other banking facilities or this Card facility occurs or is threatened, RHB Islamic Bank may suspend or cancel the Card in accordance with Clause 12.2. (b) If RHB Islamic Bank suspends or cancels the Card, Clauses 12.4 and 12.5 apply. (c) The Cardholder may contact RHB Customer Contact Centre or visit any branch of RHB Islamic Bank if he/she would like to have further information on such suspension or cancellation. 4.14 The Cardholder agrees that: (a) the Card: (i) will be used only for Shariah-compliant purposes and purchase of Shariah-compliant goods and services at or from Shariah-compliant businesses and premises. Unless there is any manifest error, the decision of RHB Islamic Bank and/or the Shariah Committee on whether any purposes, goods, services, businesses and premises are Shariah-compliant is conclusive; and (ii) will not be used for or in connection with any unlawful, fraudulent, dishonest or unauthorised activity, any activity or purpose which is not Shariah-compliant (including online gambling and betting through the internet) and/or any activity or purpose which is in breach of any laws and regulatory rules and requirements; (b) if RHB Islamic Bank reasonably believes or suspects that the Card is used or is to be used in contravention of Clause 4.14(a): (i) RHB Islamic Bank may at any time block any payment and/or transaction and/or suspend the use of the Card, the Card Account and/or any other related services immediately. All payments made in that regard by the Cardholder using the Card are liable to be rejected and all Card(s) issued under the Card Account will be terminated. Upon such termination, Clauses 12.4 and 12.5 apply; and (ii) despite Clause 4.14(b)(i), the Cardholder remains fully liable to pay RHB Islamic Bank the amount due in respect of such payments in accordance with this Agreement. 4.15 The Cardholder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RHB Islamic Bank, its officers, directors and employees from and against all losses, claims, damages, liabilities, obligations, costs, fees and expenses whatsoever (including legal fees) incurred or suffered due to the Cardholder’s breach of Clause 4.14.

Use of Card. (a) 3.1 The Principal Cardmember is Cardmember/Company shall be liable to RHB Bankfor Bank on all transactions carried out effected by the Principal Cardmember and any Supplementary Cardmember using the Principal Card and any Supplementary Card respectively and for all related charges billed to the Card Account. (b) The Principal Cardmember continues to be liable for such transactions and charges even though the Principal Card and/or any Supplementary Card has/have been cancelled and/or this Agreement has been terminated. (a) A Supplementary Cardmember is only liable to RHB Bank on all transactions carried out by such Supplementary Cardmember using his/her Supplementary Card and for all charges billed . Notwithstanding anything else to the Card Account related contrary herein contained and without prejudice to such Supplementary Card. (b) The Supplementary Cardmember continues to be liable for such transactions and charges even though such Supplementary Card has been cancelled and/or this Agreement has been terminated. (a) Purchase from any authorised Merchant: (i) Cardmember must ensure that the transaction amount is correct before authorising generality of the transaction; (ii) Cardmember must enter the PIN when prompted; (iii) Cardmember may also use the Card to make Contactless Transaction through a contactless reader of which the maximum transaction amount per transaction is capped at RM250.00 or any other limit that may be permitted by RHB Bank from time to time; or (iv) Cardmember must sign a sales draft or cash withdrwal draft prepared by the Authorised Merchant and/or VISA Member Bank or MasterCard Member Bank as the case may be. (b) RHB Bank may, and is unconditionally authorised by the Cardmember to, purchase from the Merchant and/or VISA Member Bank or MasterCard Member Bank such sales drafts and cash withdrawal drafts and debit the Cardmember’s relevant Card Account for the amount paid by RHB Bank for such purchase. 3.4 In addition to Clause 3.3foregoing, the Cardmember unconditionally authorises RHB Bank :- (a) to purchase his/her unsigned sales drafts or cash withdrawal drafts; and (b) to debit his/her Card Account for the payments made by RHB Bank for such purchase, if RHB Bank determines, based on satisfactory documentary evidence, that the omission is due to:- (i) the nature of the transaction; or (ii) an oversight on the part foregoing liability of the Cardmember, /Company shall continue to subsist notwithstanding the Merchant and/or VISA Member Bank or MasterCard Member Bank. Unless there is any manifest error, any such determination by termination of this Agreement. 3.2 RHB Bank will shall be binding and conclusive on the Cardmember. 3.5 Unless there is any manifest error, entitled to treat RHB Bank may treat its Bank’s record of any transaction carried out using effected by the use of the Card (including but not limited to transactions carried out effected through the internet, mail orders, telephone internet or any other means acceptable to RHB Bank in its sole and absolute discretion from time to time) , or by mail orders or via telephone, as evidence of a debt properly incurred by the Cardmember to be debited to the relevant Card Account. This is applicable irrespective of whether or not Account notwithstanding that any such record contains may not contain any signature of the Cardmember’s signature. 3.6 3.3 RHB Bank will, having evaluated the financial condition, income statements and other financial documents in respect of the potential Cardmember furnished to RHB Bank, shall at its sole discretion assign a Card Limit to the relevant Card Account that must be strictly observed by the Cardmember. Any increase in Card Limit shall be subject to the conduct of affordability assessment by the Bank 3.7 A Cardmember is only allowed to use the Card for any Cash Advance if the amount of the Cash Advance does not exceed 80% of the Card Limit subject to available balance or such other limit as determined and notified by RHB Bank to the Cardmember upon the issuance of the Card or in accordance with Clause 14.1 from time to time. 3.8 3.4 If the Principal Cardmember Cardmember/Company operates two or more Card Accounts, a combined Card Limit will be assigned to the Card Accounts representing the total credit limit extended to cover the use of all Cards held by the Principal Cardmember and the Supplementary Cardmember, if any. 3.9 (a) 3.5 Notwithstanding the fact that the assigned Card Limit and a combined Card Limit shall have been set for the relevant Cardmember/Company, RHB Bank may at any time at its discretion vary such a limit or restrict or refuse or withhold the Card Limit: Cardmember/Company’s credit by giving notice at least three (i3) by decreasing business days to the Cardmember/Company and without the need to assign any reason whatsoever for such variation of the Card Limit by giving prior notice of at least twenty- one (21) calendar days to or for the Cardmember and stating in the notice the reason(s) for such decrease; (ii) upon RHB Bank’s receipt refusal or withholding of the Cardmember/Company’s request for such variation, including credit and the Cardmember/Company hereby acknowledges and confirms that RHB Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever to the Cardmember/Company, as a result of RHB Bank exercising its rights under this clause 3.5 3.6 An over-the-limit fee of RM50 per occurrence may be imposed whenever the Total Outstanding Balance exceeds the combined card limit if it is due to an over-the-limit transaction, provided that the Cardmember/Company consents to it. However, the auto-debit transaction is exempted from having to obtain the Cardmember/Company’s request for consent. In the event of a temporary Card Credit Limit increase under Clause 3.10; oror an over-the-limit transaction is being requested by Cardmember/Company, consent to the over-the-limit transaction is required to be given to the Bank. Where the Cardmember/Company fails to settle the temporary Credit Limit used within the specified period, an over-the-limit fee may be imposed should the Total Outstanding Balance exceeds the combined card limit due to the temporary Credit Limit transaction. Cardmember/Company may contact RHB Customer Care Centre to withdraw the consent. The withdrawal of the over-the- limit consent is subject to Cardmember/Company does not exceed the combined card limit at the point of request. (iii) upon 3.7 RHB Bank shall not be liable for any mistake, error, act or omission on the part of the Merchant including but not limited to any refusal by the Merchant to honour the Card or any defect or deficiency in any goods or services provided by the Merchant or any statement, representation or communication made by or purportedly made by the Merchant. The Cardmember/Company shall resolve all complaints, claims and disputes or legal proceedings against the Merchant directly and not through RHB Bank’s annual review . The Cardmember/Company undertakes not to enjoin RHB Bank in any such claim and/or dispute or legal proceedings against the Merchant. Any claim/dispute which the Cardmember/Company may have against the Merchant shall not relieve the CardmemberCompany of the Cardmember’s credit standing, by increasing obligation to pay RHB Bank the amount incurred on the Card Limit upon at such times and in the manner as provided under this Agreement. 3.8 The Cardmember/Company agrees that where the Cardmember’s acceptance /Company enjoys other banking facilities with RHB Bank and if in the sole and absolute opinion of RHB Bank’s offer , if any of the other banking facilities or this Card facility is not conducted in a manner satisfactory to RHB Bank, RHB Bank is entitled at its sole and absolute discretion without any liability whatsoever to suspend, cancel or recall the Card by giving notice to the Cardmember/Company and without the need to assign any reason whatsoever thereto. In the event RHB Bank suspends, cancels or recalls the Card, the provisions of Clauses 10.4 and 10.5 shall apply in the same way with the necessary changes, being varied according to the circumstances of the case. 3.9 The Cardmember/Company hereby agrees and covenants that the Cardmember/Company shall not use or permit the card to be use for any unlawful activities including but not limited to any breaches of applicable law, rule or other regulatory requirements. In the event RHB Bank shall discover that the Card is or was used for such increase within thirty (30) days from such offerunlawful activities, RHB Bank is entitled without any liability whatsoever to block any payment and/or transaction, close the Card Account, suspend, cancel, terminate or recall the Card immediately without the need to assign any reason whatsoever thereto.

Such usage will be subject to RHB Bank’s terms and conditions for ATM transaction that are in force from time to time and/or the terms and conditions of the participating VISA Member Bank or MasterCard Member Bank which are in force from time to time in addition to the terms and conditions in this Agreement. 3.13 The Cardmember agrees that where the Cardmember enjoys other banking facilities with RHB Bank and if in the sole and absolute opinion of RHB Bank’s offer , if any of the other banking facilities or this Card facility is not conducted in a manner satisfactory to RHB Bank, RHB Bank is entitled at its sole and absolute discretion without any liability whatsoever to suspend, cancel or recall the Card by giving notice to the Cardmember and without the need to assign any reason whatsoever thereto. In the event RHB Bank suspends, cancels or recalls the Card, the provisions of Clauses 11.4 and 11.5 shall apply in the same way with the necessary changes, being varied according to the circumstances of the case. 3.14 The Cardmember hereby agrees and covenants that he shall not use or permit the card to be use for any unlawful activities including but not limited to illegal online gambling and betting through the Internet. In the event RHB Bank shall discover that the Card is or was used for such increase within thirty unlawful activities, RHB Bank is entitled without any liability whatsoever to suspend, cancel, terminate or recall the Card immediately without the need to assign any reason whatsoever thereto. 3.15 RHB Bank may at its absolute discretion add, delete, vary or modify the benefit or reward of Co-brand Card stated in the terms and conditions at any time with notice, including but not limited to the calculation mechanism and Cash Back Club Card points award to the Co-Brand Card and it can be effective on such date as required by RHB Bank. At the discretion of RHB Bank, notice of addition, alteration or variation can be effected by: i) Display of notice at the premises of RHB Bank or branch offices for a period of not less than seven (307) working days or by posting the notice to the Co-brand Cardmember, or ii) Send the notice via SMS or electronic mail to the Co-Brand Cardmember or upload the same notice on the website of RHB Bank. The exchange will only be used on the effective date as specified by RHB Bank and will be applied to all outstanding balances on Visa account. Retention or use of the Co- Brand Card after the effective date of the amendment of the terms and conditions shall constitute acceptance of these amendments without doubt from such offerthe Co-Brand Cardmember.

Where the Cardmember fails to settle the temporary Credit Limit used within the specified period, an over-the-limit fee may be imposed should the Total Outstanding Balance exceeds the combined card limit due to the temporary Credit Limit transaction. Cardmember may contact RHB Customer Care Centre to withdraw the consent. The withdrawal of the over-the-limit consent is subject to Cardmember does not exceed the combined card limit at the point of request. 3.11 RHB Bank shall not be liable for any mistake, error, act or omission on the part of the Merchant including but not limited to any refusal by the Merchant to honour the Card or any defect or deficiency in any goods or services provided by the Merchant or any statement, representation or communication made by or purportedly made by the Merchant. The Cardmember shall resolve all complaints, claims and disputes or legal proceedings against the Merchant directly and not through RHB Bank. The Cardmember undertakes not to enjoin RHB Bank in any such claim and/or dispute or legal proceedings against the Merchant. Any claim/ dispute which the Cardmember may have against the Merchant shall not relieve the Cardmember of the obligation to pay RHB Bank the amount incurred on the Card at such times and in the manner as provided under this Agreement. 3.12 The Cardmember may apply to use the Card to effect ATM transaction. Such usage will be subject to RHB Bank’s terms and conditions for ATM transaction that are in force from time to time and/or the terms and conditions of the participating VISA Member Bank or MasterCard Member Bank which are in force from time to time in addition to the terms and conditions in this Agreement. 3.13 The Cardmember agrees that where the Cardmember enjoys other banking facilities with RHB Bank and if in the sole and absolute opinion of RHB Bank’s offer , if any of the other banking facilities or this Card facility is not conducted in a manner satisfactory to RHB Bank, RHB Bank is entitled at its sole and absolute discretion without any liability whatsoever to suspend, cancel or recall the Card by giving notice to the Cardmember and without the need to assign any reason whatsoever thereto. In the event RHB Bank suspends, cancels or recalls the Card, the provisions of Clauses 11.4 and 11.5 shall apply in the same way with the necessary changes, being varied according to the circumstances of the case. 3.14 The Cardmember hereby agrees and covenants that he shall not use or permit the card to be use for any unlawful activities including but not limited to illegal online gambling and betting through the Internet. In the event RHB Bank shall discover that the Card is or was used for such increase within thirty unlawful activities, RHB Bank is entitled without any liability whatsoever to suspend, cancel, terminate or recall the Card immediately without the need to assign any reason whatsoever thereto. 3.15 RHB Bank may at its absolute discretion add, delete, vary or modify the benefit or reward of Co-brand Card stated in the terms and conditions at any time with notice, including but not limited to the calculation mechanism and Cash Back Club Card points award to the Co-Brand Card and it can be effective on such date as required by RHB Bank. At the discretion of RHB Bank, notice of addition, alteration or variation can be effected by: i) Display of notice at the premises of RHB Bank or branch offices for a period of not less than seven (307) working days or by posting the notice to the Co-brand Cardmember, or ii) Send the notice via SMS or electronic mail to the Co-Brand Cardmember or upload the same notice on the website of RHB Bank. Use of Card. Any increase in Card Limit shall be subject to the conduct of affordability assessment by the Bank 3.7 A Cardmember is only allowed to use the Card for any Cash Advance if the amount of the Cash Advance does not exceed 80% of the Card Limit subject to available balance or such other limit as determined and notified by RHB Bank to the Cardmember upon the issuance of the Card or in accordance with Clause 14.1 from time to time/Company. 3.8 3.6 If the Principal Cardmember Company operates two (2) or more Card Accounts, a combined Card Limit will be assigned to the Card Accounts representing the total credit limit extended to cover the use of all Cards held by the Principal Cardmember and the Supplementary Cardmember, if anyCompany. 3.9 (a) RHB Bank may at any time vary the Card Limit: (i) by decreasing the Card Limit by giving prior notice of at least twenty- twenty-one (21) calendar days to the Cardmember Cardmember/Company and stating in the notice the reason(s) for such decrease; (ii) upon RHB Bank’s receipt of the CardmemberCompany’s request for such variation, including the CardmemberCompany’s request for a temporary Card Limit increase under Clause 3.103.8; or (iii) upon RHB Bank’s annual review of the CardmemberCompany’s credit standing, by increasing the Card Limit upon the CardmemberCompany’s acceptance of RHB Bank’s offer for such increase within thirty (30) calendar days from such offer. (b) If the Cardmember/Company is not agreeable to such variation, the Card may be cancelled in accordance with Clause 2.6. (c) Activation, retention or use of the Card after the effective date of such variation will constitute the Cardmember/Company’s acceptance of such variation. (d) The Cardmember/Company agrees that RHB Bank will not be liable for any losses, expenses or claims suffered by or brought against the Cardmember/Company as a result of RHB Bank exercising its rights under this Clause 3.7 due to the Cardmember/Company’s act, omission, default, negligence and/or misconduct. (a) Except for stand-in processing transactions, interests and/or fees imposed by RHB Bank and auto-debit transactions which do not require the Cardmember/Company’s consent, request from or consent of the Cardmember/Company is required for a temporary Card Limit increase or an over-the-limit transaction. (b) If the Cardmember/Company fails to settle the temporary Card Limit used (including temporary Card Limit used in auto-debit transactions) within the specified period, an over-the-limit fee of RM50 per occurrence will be imposed if the total outstanding balance exceeds the combined Card Limit due to the temporary Card Limit transaction. (c) However, no over-the-limit fee may be imposed if the total outstanding balance exceeds the combined Card Limit due to any stand-in processing transaction and/or any interests and/or fees imposed by RHB Bank. (d) The Cardmember/Company may contact RHB Customer Contact Centre to withdraw the consent. The withdrawal of the over-the-limit consent is subject to the Cardmember/Company not exceeding the combined Card Limit at the point of request. (a) RHB Bank is not liable for any error, act or omission on the part of the Merchant which is not due to the act, omission, default, negligence and/or misconduct on the part of RHB Bank and/or any of its employees, representatives and agents, including but not limited to any refusal by the Merchant to honour the Card or any defect or deficiency in any goods or services provided by the Merchant and any statement, representation or communication made by or purportedly made by the Merchant. (b) The Cardmember/Company is to resolve all complaints, claims, disputes and/or legal proceedings against the Merchant arising from any such error, act or omission on the part of the Merchant which is not due to the act, omission, default, negligence and/or misconduct on the part of RHB Bank and/or any of its employees, representatives and agents directly with the Merchant and not through RHB Bank. (c) The Cardmember/Company agrees not to include RHB Bank in any such claim, dispute and/or legal proceedings against the Merchant. (d) Any complaint, claim, dispute and/or legal proceeding which the Cardmember/Company may have against the Merchant will not relieve the Cardmember/Company of the obligation to pay RHB Bank the amount incurred on the Card at such times and in the manner as provided under this Agreement. (e) If there is any dispute, the Cardmember/Company may refer such dispute to RHB Customer Contact Centre or Customer Advocacy. The Cardmember/Company may reach out to the Ombudsman for Financial Services for any further dispute. (a) If the Cardmember/Company enjoys other banking facilities with RHB Bank and if an event of default (or any event having a similar effect) under any of the other banking facilities or this Card facility occurs or is threatened, RHB Bank may suspend or cancel the Card in accordance with Clause 10.2. (b) If RHB Bank suspends or cancels the Card, Clauses 10.4 and 10.5 apply. (c) The Cardmember/Company may contact RHB Customer Contact Centre or visit any branch of RHB Bank if he/she/it would like to have further information on such suspension or cancellation. (a) The Cardmember/Company agrees that the Cardmember/Company will not use or permit the Card to be used for any unlawful, fraudulent, dishonest or unauthorised activities, including illegal online gambling, betting through the internet and any other activity which is in breach of any laws and regulatory rules and requirements. (b) If RHB Bank reasonably believes or suspects that the Card is or is to be used for any unlawful, fraudulent, dishonest or unauthorised activity: (i) RHB Bank may at any time block any payment and/or transaction and/or suspend the use of the Card, the Card Account and/or any other related services immediately. All payments made in that regard by the Cardmember/Company using the Card are liable to be rejected and all Card(s) issued under the Card Account will be terminated. Upon such termination, Clauses 10.4 and 10.5 apply; and (ii) despite Clause 3.11(b)(i), the Cardmember/Company remains fully liable to pay RHB Bank the amount due in respect of such payments in accordance with this Agreement. (c) The Cardmember/Company agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RHB Bank, its officers, directors and employees from and against all losses, claims, damages, liabilities, obligations, costs, fees and expenses whatsoever (including legal fees) incurred or suffered due to the Cardmember/Company’s breach of Clause 3.11.

RHB Bank may, shall be absolutely entitled and is hereby unconditionally authorised by the Cardmember to, to purchase from the Merchant and/or VISA Member Bank or MasterCard Member Bank such sales drafts all Sales Draft and cash withdrawal drafts Cash Withdrawal Draft executed by the Cardmember and to debit the Cardmember’s relevant Card Account for the amount paid by RHB Bank for such purchase. 3.4 In addition to Clause Notwithstanding the provision set out in clause 3.3, the Cardmember hereby unconditionally authorises RHB Bank :- (a) to purchase his/her his unsigned sales drafts Sales Drafts or cash withdrawal drafts; and (b) to Cash Withdrawal Drafts and debit his/her his Card Account for the payments made by RHB Bank to the Merchant or VISA Member Bank or MasterCard Member Bank for such purchase, if RHB Bank determines, is of the opinion based on satisfactory documentary evidence, that the omission is due to:- (i) to the nature of the transaction; or (ii) transaction or due to an oversight on the part of the Cardmember, Cardmember and/or the Merchant and/or VISA Member Bank or MasterCard Member Bank. Any increase in Card Limit shall be subject to the conduct of affordability assessment by the Bank, if any. 3.7 A Notwithstanding the Card Limit, a Cardmember is only allowed to use the Card for any Cash Advance if provided the amount of the Cash Advance does not exceed 80% of the Card Limit subject to available balance or such other limit as determined and notified by RHB Bank to the Cardmember upon the issuance of the Card or in accordance with Clause 14.1 at its sole and absolute discretion from time to time. 3.8 If the Principal Cardmember operates two or more Card Accounts, a combined Card Limit will be assigned to the Card Accounts representing the total credit limit extended to cover the use of all Cards held by the Principal Cardmember and the Supplementary Cardmember, if any. 3.9 (a) Notwithstanding the fact that the assigned Card Limit and a combined Card Limit shall have been set for the relevant Cardmember, RHB Bank may at any time at its discretion vary such a limit or restrict or refuse or withhold the Card Limit: (i) by decreasing the Card Limit Cardmember’s credit by giving prior notice of at least twenty- one three (213) calendar business days to the Cardmember and stating in without the notice the reason(s) need to assign any reason whatsoever for such decrease; (ii) upon RHB Bank’s receipt variation of the Cardmember’s request for such variation, including the Cardmember’s request for a temporary Card Limit increase under Clause 3.10; or (iii) upon RHB Bank’s annual review or for the refusal or withholding of the Cardmember’s credit standingand the Cardmember hereby acknowledges and confirms that RHB Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever to the Principal Cardmember and/or the Supplementary Cardmember, if any, as a result of RHB Bank exercising its rights under this clause 3.9. 3.10 An over-the-limit fee of RM50 per occurrence may be imposed whenever the Total Outstanding Balance exceeds the combined card limit if it is due to an over-the-limit transaction, provided that the Cardmember consents to it. I may use the Card in Hong Kong, Mainland China and such other places from time to time as evidence determined by CCB (Asia) for purchase of a debt properly incurred product and/or service at merchants or financial institutions which are using or connected to UnionPay and/or JETCO systems and/or for cash advances effected at automated teller machine(s) bearing the logo(s) from time to time adopted by UnionPay and/or JETCO and such other card facilities or services as CCB (Asia) may from time to time provide or arrange. I acknowledge and agree that if the Cardmember Card issued to be debited to me is the relevant Card Account. This CCB (Asia) Octopus UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card, which is applicable irrespective of whether or not such record contains equipped with the Cardmember’s signature. 3.6 RHB Bank willOctopus card function by OCL, having evaluated the financial condition, income statements and other financial documents in respect any use of the potential Cardmember furnished to RHB Bank, assign a Octopus card function on such Card Limit to the relevant Card Account that must be strictly observed by the Cardmember. Any increase in Card Limit shall be subject to the conduct Terms and Conditions for use of affordability assessment by the Bank 3.7 A Cardmember is only allowed to use the Octopus card function on CCB (Asia) Octopus UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card for any Cash Advance if the amount of the Cash Advance does not exceed 80% of the Card Limit subject to available balance or such other limit as determined and notified by RHB Bank to the Cardmember upon the issuance of the Card or in accordance with Clause 14.1 this Agreement from time to timetime in force and I agree to be bound by them upon such use. 3.8 If the Principal Cardmember operates two or more Card Accounts, a combined Card Limit will be assigned to the Card Accounts representing the total credit limit extended to cover the use of all Cards held by the Principal Cardmember and the Supplementary Cardmember, if any. 3.9 (a) RHB Bank may at any time vary the Card Limit: (i) by decreasing the Card Limit by giving prior notice of at least twenty- one (21) calendar days to the Cardmember and stating in the notice the reason(s) for such decrease; (ii) upon RHB Bank’s receipt of the Cardmember’s request for such variation, including the Cardmember’s request for a temporary Card Limit increase under Clause 3.10; or (iii) upon RHB Bank’s annual review of the Cardmember’s credit standing, by increasing the Card Limit upon the Cardmember’s acceptance of RHB Bank’s offer for such increase within thirty (30) days from such offer.
