Temporary blocking of the Card. 3.3.1 The Card User and/or Contract Holder may request to have the Card temporarily blocked by contacting Customer Services. 3.3.2 You and/or the Card User may request that the Card be unblocked at any time via the Corporate Platform or the Website (as applicable), by contacting the IVR or by SMS using the information and according to the procedures set out in the Schedule. 3.3.3 Applying for a Card to be temporarily blocked shall not satisfy the obligation of the Card User or Contract Holder to inform Us of the suspected or actual loss, theft, misuse or fraudulent use of the Card or of the related data. 3.3.4 If We block or suspend a Card, We shall notify You and/or the Card User by e-mail and/or SMS text message, if possible prior to blocking or suspending the Card, and at the latest, immediately after, unless We reasonably believe that providing such information would constitute a security risk or We are not permitted to provide such information by any applicable law. The Card User and/or Card Holder can at any time request that the block be removed from their Card by contacting Customer Services at the contact details specified in the Schedule, but the discretion to unblock the Card or resume provision of Our services will be at Our discretion.

You can at any time request that the block be removed from Your Card by contacting Customer Services at the contact details specified in the Schedule, but the decision to unblock the Card or resume provision of Our services will be at Our discretion. 4.3.5 Goods or services paid for with the Card cannot be refunded by a merchant unless there was a prior Transaction debited from the Card by that merchant of an equal or higher amount than the refund requested. If You and merchant agree a refund, the merchant may process the refund via a POS. Xxxxxxx credited to the Card as refunds shall be available no more than three (3) days after the time the refund order was received. If an amount is credited to the Card that does not correspond to a refund, the Program Manager reserves the right to apply loading fees as set out in the Schedule and/or, at Our discretion, terminate the agreement.

Temporary blocking of the Card. 7.4.3.1 You may request to have the Card temporarily blocked 7.4.3.2 You may request the Card to be unblocked at any time, via the Website, by contacting the IVR or by SMS using the information and according to the procedures set out in the Special Terms. 7.4.3.3 Applying for a Card to be temporarily blocked shall not satisfy Your obligation to inform Cards Prepaid of the suspected or actual loss, theft, misuse or fraudulent use of the Card or of the related data.

Related to Temporary blocking of the Card

  • Temporary Layoffs A. The Employer may initiate a temporary layoff for up to twelve (12) working days per fiscal year. Employees will be given thirty (30) days’ notice before the effective date of a temporary layoff. Employees may request alternative temporary layoff days from their manager or supervisor and any requests will be considered and approved or denied in writing. B. A temporary layoff will not affect an employee’s incremental movement, vacation and sick leave accrual rates, or seniority. C. A temporary layoff is leave without pay. An employee may not use any leave for a temporary layoff day(s).

  • Temporary Layoff The Employer may temporarily layoff an employee for up to ninety (90) days due to an unanticipated loss of funding, revenue shortfall, lack of work, shortage of material or equipment, or other unexpected or unusual reasons. An employee will normally receive seven (7) days notice of a temporary layoff.

  • Temporary Upgrade An employee in a temporary upgrade status shall have no right to grieve or arbitrate release from such temporary upgrade status.

Prior to any layoff all temporary employees will be terminated. Overtime will only be offered to temporary employees after all qualified senior and probationary employees within the classification concerned have refused. Public holidays will be paid to the temporary employees as per the Employment Standards Act Part X (10). Temporary employees will be hired for the applicable classification and wage rate as per Appendix A of the Collective Agreement. Should a temporary employee apply for a job posting and be successful as per Article 9.07 of the Collective Agreement the temporary employee shall then become a probationary employee. The seniority date of a temporary employee who is awarded a full-time position will equal the date the full-time position is awarded. No person, who is or has been employed by the Company outside of the bargaining unit, shall be eligible to work as a temporary employee within the bargaining unit, unless his record of employment with the Company has been severed in excess of one week.
