Common use of Use of Card Clause in Contracts

Use of Card. 3.1 (a) The Principal Cardmember is liable to RHB Bank for all transactions carried out by the Principal Cardmember and any Supplementary Cardmember using the Principal Card and any Supplementary Card respectively and for all related charges billed to the Card Account.

Use of Card. 3.1 (a) The Principal Cardmember is shall be liable to RHB Bank for on all transactions carried out effected by the Principal Cardmember and any the Supplementary Cardmember (if any) using the Principal Card and any the Supplementary Card respectively and for all related charges billed to the Card Account. Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary herein contained and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the foregoing liability of the Principal Cardmember shall continue to subsist notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement.
