Use of Common Area. The use and occupancy by Tenant of the Premises shall include the non-exclusive use of those portions of the Common Area made available to all tenants/occupants of the Retail Project (except those portions of the Common Area on which have been constructed or placed permanent or temporary kiosks, displays, carts and stands that do not unreasonably impair access to, or visibility of, the Premises, and except areas used in the maintenance or operation of the Project) in common with Landlord and the other tenants of the Retail Project and their customers and invitees.
