Common use of Use of Common Facilities Clause in Contracts

Use of Common Facilities. Tenant shall not itself and shall not permit any of Tenant’s Parties to obstruct any Common Facilities including driveways, laneways, access routes or other portions of the Project other than as expressly permitted pursuant hereto or as otherwise expressly permitted by Landlord in writing; if there shall be a breach of this Section 17.4 Landlord shall have the right, at the expense of Tenant, to remove such obstruction, the cost thereof to be paid by Tenant forthwith upon demand, and Landlord shall not be responsible for and is hereby released from any liability for any damage caused to the item creating the obstruction. Landlord shall also be entitled to hold such item as security for the payment of the costs of removing the same and any damage caused by the establishment or removal of such obstruction.
