Common use of Use of Consultants Clause in Contracts

Use of Consultants. The parties contemplate that from time to time during the term of this Agreement third party technical consultants may be employed by either party in connection with the development of Products. The parties agree that information designated as confidential may be disclosed to such consultants provided that the other party is given reasonable notice of the circumstances and nature of the intended disclosure and that the disclosure is limited to information necessary to enable the technical consultant to provide technical consulting services. The consultant will be required to sign an agreement committing the consultant to protect such confidential information.
