Use of Contract Documents and Information; Inspection and Audit. 9.1 The Contractor shall not, without the Employer's prior written consent, disclose the Contract, or any provision thereof, to any person other than a person employed by the Contractor in performance of the Contract. Disclosure to any such employed person shall be made in confidence and shall extend only so far as may be necessary for purposes of such performance.
