Common use of Use of County Conduits Clause in Contracts

Use of County Conduits. Neither the Licensee nor any third party shall have the right to install any fiber optic lines or other facilities in any County Conduit. The Licensee shall have no independent right or permission to use or occupy any County Conduit, other than the permission to use the Licensed Fibers and the Interconnection Fibers granted by this Agreement.
