Use of DIR Facilities. (i) Unless Service Provider obtains DIR's prior written agreement, which DIR may withhold in its sole discretion, Service Provider shall use the DIR Facilities, and the office furniture, equipment and fixtures provided or made available by DIR and DIR Customers therein, only to provide the Services.
